Leah Allen is the co-founder of MONTROC Consulting and Communications Director.
Leah has led the research, analysis and communications on projects on workplace strategy, ways-of-working, workplace design, Real Estate rationalisation, and change all over Europe and the USA.
Leah is a specialist communicator with the skills to see, read and hear the threads that create the narrative of what's happening and what could happen.
