Art Miller is the Chief Marketing Officer for Vector Security, Inc., and oversees all aspects of marketing corporate-wide. Mr. Miller began his career in marketing over 35 years ago and worked in both agency and corporate marketing, most recently in the telecommunications and energy sectors for global companies with emphasis in the US and Canada. He is an award winning creative and marketing professional who is responsible for developing and executing clearly defined marketing strategies and integrated marketing communications programs both online and offline that support business growth, improve the customer experience, and build brand recognition.

As Vector Security's Chief Information Officer, Bryan Finney is responsible for the technological direction of the company, including oversight and secure operation of all computer systems and IT-related activities, establishing the company's systems and software strategy, and playing an integral role in Vector Security's strategic direction and growth. He has served as a senior leader in IT with over 25 years of diverse industry experience. Throughout his career, Mr. Finney has held various positions in IT leadership driving business value and innovative solutions. He joined Vector Security in 2022 from Evoqua Water Technologies LLC, a global manufacturing and services organization, leading IT focusing on transforming global business relationship, enterprise systems, IoT solutions, and Cyber Security. In prior roles, Mr. Finney was the principal IT strategist and IT business liaison for FedEx Supply Chain. During this time, he established enterprise demand management and IT governance. He has also worked in retail at Giant Eagle Inc. and was responsible for leading the company's digital IT strategy. Mr. Finney holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from Clarion University of Pennsylvania.

As Chief Financial Officer for Vector Security, Chuck Thropp is responsible for all aspects of the company's financial activities, including controllership, tax, treasury, risk management, and Vector Security's financial strategy to help grow its business operations and enhance shareholder value. Mr. Thropp has more than 25 years of financial leadership expertise, and joined Vector Security in 2016 from Unify, Inc., one of the world's leading communications software and services firms, where he was Senior Vice President and CFO, North America. While at Unify, he led a team of finance professionals through a major transformation initiative; also developing and executing the commercial turn-around strategy for the region. He has also held senior-level finance positions with Westcon Group, Thermo Fisher Scientific, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. A certified public accountant, Mr. Thropp holds a bachelor's degree in business economics from the University of Pittsburgh.

As Senior Vice President, Customer Experience, Danette Tizkowski leads Vector Security's customer-facing shared services and is responsible for delivering quality customer service to all customers. Danette joined Triple A Protection (which Vector Security later acquired) in 1983 and became Vice President and General Manager of the Wilkes-Barre, PA branch in 1998. In 2014, she was promoted to South District Vice President before becoming Vice President of the Branch Business Unit in 2018.

Domenic Cipollone is Vice President of Vector Security's South Branch Business Unit, where he is responsible for the daily operations and management of the business unit. With more than 37 years in the security industry, Domenic joined ADS Security (which was acquired by Vector Security in 2019) in 2013 as regional vice president and general manager in the greater Nashville area. He was later promoted to district vice president overseeing the Tennessee, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia markets before taking his current post in March 2023. Domenic holds a BSBA degree in management/marketing from Missouri Western State University.

As Senior Contracts Counsel for Vector Security, Ms. Rattigan is responsible for managing the creation, review, and negotiation of contracts for the company, as well as other various legal matters. Ms. Rattigan joined Vector Security in 2009 as a Corporate Compliance Coordinator, subsequently moving to the role of Corporate Compliance Manager. She was promoted to her current position in 2015. Prior to joining Vector Security, she was an associate attorney at Gillotti, Capristo & Beck in Pittsburgh. A graduate of the University of Michigan with a bachelor's degree in English, and of the University of Pittsburgh with a J.D., Ms. Rattigan is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

As Vice President, North Branch Business Unit, Jim Murphy leads all aspects of Vector Security's branch network operations including profit and loss, sales, installation, service and other customer-facing functions. Jim joined the company in 1983 as an installation technician and was promoted to several positions including service manager, general manager and division vice president before being appointed to his current position in March 2023. He is a National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) member, sits on two NFPA Technical Committees and is NICET Level IV certified.

John Madden is the Vice President of the Authorized Dealer Program for Vector Security, Inc., overseeing the sales and support of the network of Authorized Dealers at Vector Security. Mr. Madden began his career in the security industry in 1994 after graduating from Central Connecticut State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. In 1997, Mr. Madden joined Vector Security as District Sales Manager for the Washington Market. Mr. Madden was promoted to his current position in 2001.

Pamela Petrow is President and CEO of Vector Security, Inc. Ms. Petrow is also appointed to the Board of Directors for The Philadelphia Contributionship Mutual Holding Company and its subsidiaries including Vector Security. Her career began at Vector Security in 1982. After a series of promotions, she was appointed Senior Vice President of the Central Stations and Information Services Group in 1997. In 2004, she was promoted to Executive Vice President, and in 2008, she was again promoted to Chief Operating Officer. In October of 2010, Ms. Petrow was appointed as President and Chief Executive Officer. Ms. Petrow has held leadership positions in the Pennsylvania Burglar and Fire Alarm Association (PBFAA); Electronic Security Association (ESA); The Monitoring Association (TMA), formerly the Central Station Alarm Association (CSAA), executive committee; and is the past President of TMA International. She is involved with the Association of Public-Safety Communications Officials - International (APCO), and received its President's Award in 2009 for her outstanding contributions to the electronic transmission of signals between central stations and 911 dispatch centers. In 2014, she was presented with an Ernst & Young (EY) Entrepreneur Of The Year™ Award in the Western Pennsylvania and West Virginia program. In 2006, she graduated from the prestigious Harvard Business School's Advanced Management Program.

He has also held senior positions in product development, system design, and enterprise sales.
