NC PREVENTS DIABETES

NC Prevents Diabetes is a partnership between NC State University and the NC DHHS Division of Public Health with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina to offer diabetes prevention programs to all North Carolinians regardless of insurance status... This funding supports both online and onsite programs across the state by covering the program registration fee (avg. cost = $430). The goal of the project is to remove the barrier of cost to participate in a diabetes prevention program.
