NIVALA TEAM

Herbie was born and raised in Farmington, Minnesota where he now resides with his wife, Sara and son, Parker. After school Herbie had the privilege of playing junior hockey and has been coaching youth hockey since 1998. Through his love of hockey he was able to meet and work with many great people... Herbie has been around construction and real estate essentially his entire life. He originally received his Real Estate license in 1996, he used it alongside other careers related to both construction and real estate. Herbie transitioned back to real estate full time in 2016. Herbie and Sara joined forces in 2018 to create The Nivala Team so they could provide a family-first, service based business. Now, together with Fieldstone RES and Fieldstone Family Homes they can provide their clients with this same service while adding value and the opportunities of New Construction.
