Anthony Coccagna is a lifelong resident in Niagara. He has personally invested in real estate, for personal use and investment purposes.
Bill is a long-time resident of Niagara-on-the-Lake and is currently a resident in the village of Queenston.
He has extensive experience in the local real estate business, with a background fostered in the administration of successful brokerages over the last 10 years. He has joined our team as a brand ambassador and provide concierge service to our sales representatives and the community we all are privileged to call home.
He will be based out of the McGarr office located at 1507 Niagara Stone Road. The position of Concierge Director is new to our firm and Bill will be responsible for providing a Boutique Brokerage experience to our clients and the community at large.

As the former owner of Direct Seeds Inc., General Manager of the Ontario Soybean growers and V-P of Grain Farmers of Ontario, Dale has gained extensive experience in management, marketing and sales. Since joining real estate with a major real estate franchise, he has been very active in marketing and selling commercial and hobby farms, rural residential and land acquisitions throughout southwestern Ontario. Dale grew up in rural Ontario and brings with him a great work ethic, integrity and fairness to the job.

Geoffrey is a passionate life-long resident of the Niagara region. Graduating from Governor Simcoe Secondary School, he pursued his post-secondary studies at the University of Guelph. Geoff is also a graduate of Niagara College's Sales and Marketing program. Getting his first taste of Real Estate several years ago he has personally invested in Real Estate through residential rentals, and for the past few years has been operating a small business in the Residential Leasing side of Real Estate. He enjoys the many different dynamics and offerings of the Niagara Region, from our great wineries to the many fantastic cultural and community based activities that exist. James Broderick is a trustworthy, lifelong resident of the area. Having been born and bred in Thorold, he moved to St. Catharines in 1999 with his wife to be Therese. James was licensed during a tough market in the late 1990's but found a way to get the job done and keep his numbers steady.
