Professional Experience
Elnur Aliyev graduated from the Azerbaijan University in 2000 with a degree in law. He specializes in civil law and has 17 years of experience as a lawyer. From 2002 to 2012, he worked as a Senior Inspector, Senior Court Supervisor, Senior Executive Officer at Kapaz District Executive Office (currently: Ganja Executive Office) at Ganja City.
Elnur Aliyev also worked at the Azerbaijan Technological University as a Chief Lawyer for the years 2015-2017.
Since 2012, he is a member of the Bar Association.
Professional Experience
Hasanova Gulnara successfully graduated from the State University of the Republic of Kazakhstan with a degree in jurisprudence. During her studies she gained experience in the Regional Court, as well as in the city Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Gulnara worked as a legal assistant in a one of the major construction company in Kazakhstan. The scope of her activities included issues of civil and labor law, the development of contracts, the regulation of deviations from contracts. In addition, she assisted in resolving legal matters with judicial authorities and providing legal advice.
Gulnara is fluent in Azerbaijani and Russian languages.
Professional Experience
Lachin Gasimov successfully graduated from Nakhchivan State University specialized in law. Among his areas of specialization are working with local legislation, alternative ways of dispute resolution, and reviewing citizens' appeals.
As a practitioner, he has gained experience as a Senior Adviser's assistant at the Nizami District Court. He worked as well as a Secretary of the Pilot Mediation Center at Yasamal District Court and continued his activity in alternative dispute resolution field.
He has been a member of the Notem team since April 2019 and his main areas of activity are Corporate, Contract and Migration Law. In addition, Lachin continues to actively participate in mediation trainings.
Lachin is fluent in Azerbaijani and Turkish languages.

Leila Badalova received her bachelor's degree in law at the Baku State University.
She has 8 years of legal experience. The main activities are civil law, civil procedural law and administrative law. During the period of activity, she was involved in civil and administrative proceedings in local courts.
She participated in many seminars and trainings. Since 2018, Leila is a member of the Bar of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
She is fluent in Azerbaijani, Turkish and speaks some English.
