Oliva Hill is a small-town family business that makes outstanding olive oil. Treat yourself to a bottle and add a dash of flavor to your next meal... We are located in the beautiful hills of Paso Robles, CA, where we currently have over 750 olive trees-90% Arbequina and 10% Koroneiki. These fabulous trees have produced our extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) since our first harvest in 2015. When we harvest our olives at Thanksgiving, it's a celebration of life, love, and olives!... At Oliva Hill in Paso Robles, CA, we prune and harvest the olives used to produce our extra virgin olive oil (EVOO).
