Olean Swamp is New York's premier hunting and fishing club. Located in Fishs Eddy, NY, we own (we do not lease) over 1,600 acres of prime hunting and fishing property. We have approximately 60 members/shareholders. Each corporate member is issued one share of stock in the corporation making each of us an owner of this spectacular property. Why join a club that leases land and only has limited access during the year? Wouldn't you rather own than rent? Our members are given their own key and have access 24/7 365 days a year. Other than during hunting season, members may bring children, family, and friends to enjoy this amazing piece of paradise.
