The Ottoman Encampment is a Renaissance Festival group with the aim of studying and recreating cultures located throughout Southeast Europe, parts of Central Europe, Western Asia, and North Africa before the 17th century, with a focus on the diverse cultures involved in the Silk Road. We selectively recreate the cultures by choosing components that are significant and attract us... To enter our encampment, we ask that you bring an open mind and a willingness to learn something in the process. We serve people from all stations and exotic lands.
