Alla joined Outset in June 2022 and originally comes from an aviation background, working many years for the GHC in a legal department.
After finishing her MA in Aviation Management at West London University, Alla took a career break for a few years to bring up her daughter and when she returned decided on a career change where she joined Tesco as an HR Advisor, working there for 6 years.
Following this Alla has worked in various roles as a HR Advisor and also completed her CIPD Level 5.

Amanda has been a specialist employment law solicitor for over 20 years. She spent 5 years with Brooke North in Leeds, and then 6 years with a large regional firm Mills & Reeve. Amanda joined Nicholas Moore Specialist Employment Lawyers Limited (NMSEL) in 2010, and the Outset Group in 2017 when Outset bought NMSEL.
Since joining the Outset Group, Amanda has been our leading employment law relationship contact for several large corporate clients, including the shipping giant Carnival and the facilities management organisation Integral. Her impressive technical skills are matched by her friendly and practical approach to all of her client work.
Amanda acts for both private and public sector employers, including Higher Education Institutions and advises on the full range of employment issues with a particular interest and expertise in equality and diversity matters and litigation in both the Employment Tribunal and Employment Appeal Tribunal.
Her clients value her pro-active, practical approach and her ability to find solutions which go beyond the technical employment law issues, reflecting the commercial objectives at stake.

Andy has considerable experience working on a wide range of commercial contracts and regulatory documents in both the public and private sectors.
After focussing on outsourcing agreements in the early years of his career, Andy spent 9 months seconded to the Ministry of Defence's Commercial Law team working on a wide variety of commercial matters of national interest.
Andy spent 7 years working in-house in the energy sector, first at National Grid then at SGN. During this time Andy advised on commercial contracts, compliance with procurement law, managing intellectual property concerns and the drafting of industry codes. Andy feels his time in-house gave him fantastic exposure to the day-to-day concerns that businesses face.
Since joining Outset in 2018 Andy has supported the firm's clients with their commercial contract needs as well as leading the commercial due-diligence reporting on several company acquisitions.

Ayda joined Outset in 2018, following completion of her Law degree at the University of Kent.
Ayda graduated from the University of Law, Moorgate in 2019 successfully completing the Legal Practice Course and a Masters in Law, Business and Management. She has gained practical legal experience in various regional law firms during her studies. She is also a fluent Persian speaker and a receptive Azeri multilingual.

Chloe joined us in 2016 and advises employers in all areas of employment law, dealing with contentious and non-contentious matters, including employment tribunal claims, exit strategy, settlement agreements, team moves, post termination restrictions, discrimination issues, redundancy, reorganisation and TUPE.
Having worked across many industries including media, banking and insurance, Chloe has a good level of experience of working with a variety of clients, through a range of employment and related commercial issues, including collective consultation, redundancy advice, day-to-day employment queries, and contract drafting.
Chloe also has experience advising corporate clients in respect of business immigration matters, including right to work checks, sponsor licence applications and sponsor licence holder duties, Tier 2 visa applications and immigration issues arising in M&A transactions.

Christine has worked at the Outset Group for 4 years as part of the HR Advisory Team. Christine provides HR and Employment Law advice to a wide range of clients from varying industries including transport, warehousing & logistics, banks, recruitment, veterinary, health care and leisure & hospitality.
She is an experienced HR professional whose experience includes 9. years' HR management in one of the UK's largest food retailers and responsibility for delivering various college management training programmes.
Christine is a Member of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development).

Chris joined Outset in 2017 and is in our Group Services team.
His experience has been developed from roles in legal administration, barrister chambers, and legal archiving, for firms in London and the South-East.

Technically, Dan is presently classified as an "unregistered barrister" (because he decided not to take pupillage after the Bar Vocational Course). But, in addition to training as a barrister, his legal qualification journey has taken him through the CILEX qualification process and qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2020.
Dan has extensive employment law and HR advice experience having worked for a number of firms across the South West and North of England.
He specialises in contentious employment law matters, having litigated and advocated in Employment Tribunals nationally for the last few years.
