We also have the ability in taking the role of the Personal Representative and act as the Personal Representative appointed by the court in a fiduciary role when there is issues or concerns that arise upon agreement of all beneficiaries... Our goal is to provide the best service and focus our attention to detail on each matter at hand. With over five (5) years experience as a Paralegal, and multiple years experience in the Service of Process industry, and now two (2) years in a fiduciary role as appointed Personal Representatives; we utilize our experience and apply our vast knowledge to each job and its respective needs to fulfill each of our clients specific needs...
