Al Chien

Al Chien has over 35 years of sales, management, and leadership experience, with an enduring record in exceeding sales objectives and managing a US sales force. He has a distinguished background in selling to end-users, OEMs, distributors, resellers, and strategic accounts. Strengths in creation of new go-to-market strategies, contract negotiation, defining and developing sales channels, creating and driving a well-conceived vision, high level of business acumen and working at all executive levels. In his last role at HPE, he was responsible for $2.4B in annual revenue and led a team of 65 individual contributors and managers. Mr. Chien left HPE in 2008 to lead sales at Dasher Technologies, which at the time had $27M in annual sales. Under Chien's leadership, Dasher sales grew to $175M in fiscal 2019 with a 10X increase in net profit over that timeframe. Services revenue increased 12X during that same period. Dasher expanded competencies from being HPE-centric to establishing Platinum certification levels with over 30 vendors and representing nearly 100 manufacturers. He was promoted to President and CEO in 2017, a role he served until his departure in 2020. Amy Perez

As an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation, Amy Perez helps people give voice to their goals and eliminate the obstacles to achieving them - no matter what they are. Over the past 3 years she's been able to transition over 100 people in assisting them through breakthroughs individually and in group formats. Amy's clients report new paths of growth, increased sales and satisfaction in work, improved relationships, deeper clarity, elevated positive energy and motivation, supported with accountability and guidance. For 15 years she worked for non-profits addressing housing and public health issues, mediating difficult conversations to remove barriers and drive positive outcomes for her community. Her work was enhanced by connecting community partners for stronger and farther-reaching outcomes. In her recent role as Director of Learning at Four Seasons Sotheby's International Realty, Amy devised a program of systems and processes training paired with business and mindset coaching to help real estate agents achieve their business goals. Now with Achieve Unite, Amy is a leader in the ACE Leadership program teaching and coaching emerging leaders how to build their own personal brand, get their voices heard and influence others to action.
