As Chief Financial Officer, Ben Montgomery leads Pierre Accounting in the maintenance of cloud accounting and business administration systems. His diligence, focus, and dedication came from his time serving the United State Naval Forces. Upon completing his military duty, Ben completed his Bachelor of Science (B.S) in Accounting at the University of Phoenix and spent many years in the automotive finance industry. Ben has fulfilled leadership roles at several successful startups and experienced the fun of owning a luxury auto dealership, selling high-end vehicles such as Bentley and Rolls Royce, before transitioning to serving Pierre Accounting. In addition, Ben also enjoys working with select clients in the automotive, tech, and legal industries.

Carrington comes to Pierre Accounting with a wealth of experience in Sports Media, Marketing, and Management. He is a problem solver with the ability to increase client relationships, improve team performance and streamline processes. Mr. Byndom received his Bachelors in Communication and Media Studies at the University of Texas at Austin in 2014. While he was a student, he was also an exceptional athlete for the Men's Varsity Football team as a four-year letterman. He made All-Big 12 First Team in 2011 and All Big-12 Second Team in 2013 as a Cornerback. Longhorn Nation named Carrington on their All-Decade First Team in April 2020. Carrington played professionally in the National Football League (NFL) for a few years with the Carolina Panthers, Baltimore Ravens, and Arizona Cardinals prior to transitioning to the Corporate World.

Eric is the founder, CEO, Owner, and Principal of Pierre Accounting. Eric has worked in accounting, tax, finance, and audit since 2003. He specializes in Advanced Tax Strategies, Financial Planning and Analysis, Mergers and Acquisitions, Real Estate, and Forensic Auditing for our clients. Prior to starting Pierre Accounting in 2015, Eric worked for various Fortune 500 companies including Deloitte & Touche, McDermott, Abbott Laboratories and Team Industrial Services. His corporate experience gave him exposure to doing business all over the world, including Asia, Africa, Europe, Latin America, and The Caribbean with a focus on the following industries: Energy, Power, E&P, Power, EPC, and Pharmaceuticals. It was in his corporate experience where he got to experience working with diverse teams, something he has carried on into building his team at Pierre Accounting.
Eric graduated with a Master of Professional Accountancy and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accountancy, with honors, from Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas. Eric earned his Certified Public Accountant Licenses with the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy and California Board of Accountancy on May 16, 2006, and August 15, 2017 respectively. Eric is also a second-generation CPA in his own family as his father was a licensed CPA with the State of New York.
When Eric is not focused on serving his clients and the team at Pierre Accounting, you can find him following professional basketball closely as he once played professionally for the San Diego Guardians of the American Basketball Association (ABA). In addition, he gives his time to mentoring and serving our youth across the country as he currently is partnered with Jail to Jobs in Austin, Texas, and Cielo Sports in San Diego, California. He is a son of two proud Haitian parents who retired in West Palm Beach, Florida and enjoys watching him carry on the Pierre legacy in the Accounting and Tax industry.
Kyrsty Conway is the Chief Operating Officer for Pierre Accounting. She is responsible for management, administration and operations, including tax preparation, tax research, bookkeeping, and client relations. Kyrsty holds more than a dozen years' experience in the field, with additional expertise in marketing and client relations. She contributes a variety of skills, and undeniably plays a significant role in the firm. Kyrsty is intentional about providing the personal touch so her clients not only feel valued, but they also know she listens to them and takes care of their needs. When she isn't diligently applying herself to business, you can find her lifting weights, cooking up healthy recipes, mentoring others about living a healthy lifestyle, or curled up reading a good book. Her other passions outside of her role at Pierre Accounting, are volunteering at a local church as well as non-profit children's programs. We are fortunate and thankful to have her on our team.

Melvin is the Principal Attorney of The Ferebee Group PLLC, a full-service business law firm in Houston, Texas. A corporate Lawyer with a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from The University of Texas School of Law, Melvin possesses a demonstrated history of working with clients in offerings of debt and equity securities, organizing, reorganizing, and dissolving corporations and other business entities, and facilitating venture capital and private placement transactions. He also represents clients in myriad commercial real estate and entertainment law transactions. Melvin played football and received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Government from the College of William and Mary.

Schuyler Hoffman leads the residential real estate practice group at Hoffman & Forde, a real estate practice group located in San Diego. He represents clients throughout Southern California, focusing on legal matters involving residential real estate disputes, real estate non-disclosures, homeowners' association conflicts, landlord/tenant disagreements, delays and liens, and fraud claims. Mr. Hoffman has developed cost-effective solutions to complex real estate disputes and has extensive experience in mediation and arbitration in the presence of various institutions. Mr. Hoffman received his B.A. degree in Political Science and Spanish from the Davidson College in 2002. Schuyler was also a 3-year letterman on the Men's Varsity Football Team in addition to being an exceptional student.
