Development of spectroscopic and microscopic techniques - The ability to tackle important research questions is often hindered by experimental limitations. We continue to develop and optimize complex spectroscopic and microscopic techniques, capable of investigating relevant systems with high temporal and spatial resolution, as well as with high sensitivity... Homepage of the Molecular BioPhysics laboratory, led by Dr Lukasz Piatkowski at the Faculty of Technical Physics at the Poznan University of Technology. Our research includes biological water, cell membrane hydration properties, single molecules. We use fluorescence microscopy, infrared spectroscopy and atomic force miroscopy.
