Anne Moore

Anne Moore is the CEO and Founder of PlanDo. She is a social scientist and entrepreneur with a lifelong passion for people and learning that has become the cornerstone of her career. She has worked with some of the best known local and global brands - Optus, David Jones, Holden and Raytheon, building skills, transforming culture and making sure individuals, teams and organizations are set up for success and growth. Anne has built and run a number of businesses during her 30 year career including leadership consulting, business skills development and lifestyle services. Before establishing PlanDo in 2013, Anne founded SydneyTalent, a Sydney University start up that places students into paid, course related work with outstanding results. She became deeply interested in the changing face of work across a lifetime. Anne has a Bachelor of Social Science (Dist) and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She is a member of the UTS Business School Advisory Board and a long standing visiting lecturer at Sydney Business School. As an Australian alumna of the Springboard Enterprises global network of women founders and entrepreneurs, Anne is passionate about women's entrepreneurship and coaches and mentors talented people across a variety of sectors. She is a highly regarded thought leader on the future of work and presents regularly on emerging work trends to boards and senior and aspiring leaders. Her personal interests include the Australian Rhino Project and spending time with warm company and good food around a shared table.

Bob Barbour

Bob Barbour, who hails from Scotland but is now a fully paid-up Australian, joined Lion Nathan in October 1992 as HR Director for the Australian business. He was promoted five years later to People & Culture Director (then Group HR Director) for the Lion Nathan Group. In October 2009, Bob became P&C Director for Lion following the combination of Lion Nathan and National Foods. Bob holds a Masters of Applied Science (Coaching Psychology). Prior to joining Lion Nathan Bob worked for Courage Ltd and Grand Metropolitan (now part of Diageo) in the brewing industry in the UK. On graduating from Aston University in the UK he joined the Ford Motor Company for five years before moving on to Bristol Myers for four years.

Vanessa is a psychologist and OD professional passionate about talent and career development. She has worked with organisations and individuals for over 15 years developing and implementing innovative talent and career management initiatives to maximise employee engagement, development and performance. Her experience spans career and performance coaching, building leadership capability, enhancing team effectiveness and helping organisations to drive employee engagement and cultural change. She has provided strategic HR leadership to small, medium and large organisations, spanning consulting and professional services, logistics, technology, marketing and communications, public relations, not-for-profit and Federal Government. Her talent for designing innovative yet practical solutions to complex organisational people problems, along with her ability to build trusted advisor relationships are key to her approach.
