BART LOWEN has been involved in the retail development industry for nearly two decades, concentrating his early career on project design and construction management and most recently the overall development process. A graduate of the Architectural program at Kansas State University and licensed Architect, he has had the distinction of managing the design of many well-known shopping centers. Most recently, Bart has directed many facets of the development process, including City and other municipality entitlements, project revenue and expense proformas, public and private financing, vendor and consultant relationships, joint venture partner coordination, and a myriad of other related aspects necessary to develop and stabilize the asset. He brings to the industry an exceptional understanding of the entire development process from all technical aspects and relationships built over his tenure and involvement in over ten million square feet of retail development.
