CECIL K. NAZARETH

Cecil Nazareth is a managing partner of IFRS Partners based in Connecticut, which specializes in International accounting and international tax more specifically Indo-US tax issues. His firm is one of the few in the US that can provide integrated solutions especially cross-border transactions. Clients include CPA firms and small to medium-size businesses, including subsidiaries of foreign parents and High Net Wealth Indian-Americans. Cecil is recognized as a thought leader in the international accounting and tax topics has conducted several sessions all over the world. Cecil spoke at the Diamond Jubilee of Indian Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) on the role of a global accountant and at the Asian American Conference. He has conducted numerous IFRS and international tax training sessions, including sessions for the ICAI and the Bombay Stock Exchange, CCH Wolters Kluwer, the AICPA, the NYS CPA Society, Indian Chamber of Commerce & CFO magazine. He has done over 50 IFRS webcasts for CCH and also spoke at the CCH user conference in 2010-2012, 2016 & 2017. He has also done several sessions on US tax and International tax for Indian TV. He also has been quoted in the Economic times in India.

GLENN NEWMAN

After working as an attorney for Baker & McKenzie in Chicago and Tokyo and as Asia General Counsel for a Silicon Valley-based enterprise software company, Glenn started his own law firm in 2003 focusing on cross-border transactions and dispute resolution between U.S. and Japanese companies. Glenn is also an adjunct professor at the University of Illinois College of Law and an occasional contributing writer to the Japan Times.

Jeff is currently President of Jeffrey N. Graff Accountancy Corporation, a consulting firm. Prior to this, he spent over 40 years in public accounting, predominantly with Moss Adams LLP in the San Francisco Bay Area. He specialized in working with manufacturing and distribution companies, many in the apparel industry. While Jeff is now retired - he was a Certified Public Accountant for approximately 40 years and served on various committees of the California Society of CPA's. He graduated from the University of California - Berkeley, with a BA in Business. Jeff has also been on the Board of Directors of JVS, a not for profit organization. He has been on the Finance and Operations Committee of JVS for over 20 years - and is currently serving on their Audit Committee.

Takeshi Saeki is currently CFO and CRO of Kagome Co., Ltd. Japan. He spent 17 years in a Japanese electronic component manufacturer, mainly as a Finance & Accounting Manager. He has expanded his roles not only in finance & accounting but also in business re-structuring such as splits and mergers, M&A, etc. His responsibility also includes Investor Relation and Risk Management.
