P.S. Development was founded in 2004 by Dave and Anne Peterson in order to purchase commercial properties leased to companies to benefit youth sports... PS Development is a Limited Liability Company formed in California in 2004 initially to purchase properties benefiting youth sports... College is hard enough without worrying about high rents and less than wonderful housing. We aim to provide a clean, well kept home for college students at reasonable rents.
