Dr. Carlton L. Quarells is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist specializing in working with children and adolescents. Regarding his educational and training background, Dr. Quarells is a graduate of Wright State University, School of Professional Psychology in Dayton, Ohio. Subsequent to his educational training, Dr. Quarells completed his clinical internship at Howard University Hospital in Washington, D.C. In terms of his clinical interests, Dr. Quarells specializes in psychological assessment evaluation for various issues, such as learning disabilities, veteran evaluations for service connected psychological conditions, ADHD and behavioral disturbances. As well, Dr. Quarells specializes in treating impulse control disorders as well as anxiety and depression in children, adolescents, and young adults.

Rossheda McLarin is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Nationally Certified Counselor. Rossheda has been in the mental health field for over thirteen years and has been working at Quarells Consulting, P.C. since 2011. She has been trained in the administration of psychometric testing for different age ranges to assist Dr. Quarells in diagnostic evaluations and treatment planning. Her altruistic, compassionate, and warm nature positively impacts the therapeutic relationship by increasing the client's comfort and compliance.
