Ramen Ippo is dedicated to bringing you exquisite authentic Japanese-style ramen noodles of both traditional and modern recipes. Pick-up currently available at Nob Hill Food Carts location in Portland... While growing up in Japan, I have always loved ramen. My family has often taken me to favorite ramen shops to explore different styles of ramen noodles. In 2002, I have come to the States to study Hospitality, and it eventually led me to have an interest in restaurant business. Over 15 years, I have worked as a sushi chef behind notable Japanese restaurants including Nobu Restaurant Las Vegas, but I kept my love for ramen. As I was getting a green card, I decided to open my own ramen shop. I have researched thousands of ramen all over the places in Japan and developed my own recipe. In April 2019, I have launched my ramen shop in Portland, Oregon.
