Bertine Joseph

Bertine joined Reconnaissance in Haiti in 2022 with over 15 years of commercial and sales experience working with both Haitian and International Organisations. Much of her background involves working with companies in the fields of security and risk management. Bertine's credentials include a License Program in Diplomacy and International Relations as well as Diplomas in Travel Consultancy, Governmental Protocols and Politic Strategies. Bertine also speaks four languages including French, Creole, English and Spanish. Bertine's dynamic and result-driven approach has resulted in her developing and maintaining strong trusting relationships with each of our clients.

Clive Dunne - COO

Clive joined Reconnaissance in a consultant capacity in 2017. Clive's exemplary military service, leadership and management style has benefited our clients greatly. Clive has a passion for all safety related issues and while consulting for Reconnaissance Group on Occupational Health & Safety Clive also works closely with our operations teams consulting on operational matters on all our global activity. With a 20 year career in the Irish Defence Forces as a Non-Commissioned Officer with several oversea missions, Clive began an education in Occupational Health & Safety (OHS). Clive currently holds a QQI Level 8 OHS, a QQI Level 6 Manual Handling, QQI Level 6 Train the Trainer and is a certified project manager (PRINCE 2). Clive is currently studying a Master in Criminology at the University of Leicester.

Guillaume Ricardo Lesly

As one of our longest serving employees, Guillaume joined Reconnaissance in 2006 as a Driver. Having shown such professionalism and excellence, in 2007 Guillaume was promoted to VIP Driver and 2 years later moving into the position of Vehicles Inspector and Operations Assistant. A key part of Guillaume's role is to ensure the smooth operations of our team coordinating with multifunctional teams to support their objectives. In 2016, Guillaume moved into the Sites Department (Asset Protection) in the role as a Site Inspector, acting as a key member of the team to protect client's assets and mitigate threat. 3 years later, having achieved great success in his role, Guillaume was promoted to Sites Operations Manager in 2019. Prior to joining Reconnaissance, Guillaume was a Senior Mechanic at the Cour Supérieure des Comptes et du Contentieux Administratif (CSC / CA) and holds a Degree in Mechanical Auto Mobile. As part of his continued education, Guillaume also trained in Security and Conflict Management. Given Guillaume significant experience, he regularly hosts training sessions for clients and their staff on Security Training Awareness which always received incredible feedback.

Kerri Richardson

Having been with Reconnaissance since 2006, Kerri has worked across most of the business units in Reconnaissance. With a Diploma in Marketing, Advertising & PR from Griffith College Dublin, Certificate in Security & Risk Management from University of Leicester, and a Certificate in Business Continuity from the Business Continuity Institute, Kerri is currently in the final stages of becoming a Chartered Public Accountant (CPA). Since 2006 Kerri has worked in a number of roles in Reconnaissance Group building a depth of knowledge and insight unique within the industry. Kerri was an integral member of our crisis management team after the earthquake in 2010 and to this day works closely in a support capacity during crisis issues. From 2011 Kerri has been involved in Reconnaissance Finance Dept and has progressed her career to the point that Kerri is now Group Financial Controller based in New York. Kerri's keen professional interests in business development and strategic planning coupled with years of financial and taxation experience provides Kerri a unique view on the security industry, whether it be Dublin, New York or Port Au Prince. As a Company Director Kerri takes immense pride in the success of our people and looks forward to building more opportunities for these successes to flourish.

Marian Gacho

Marian is one of the longest-serving employees in the Reconnaissance Team having joined in 2007 (Year 2 of Reconnaissance). Prior to joining the team, Marian served for six and half of years in the paratrooper regiment of French Foreign Legion as Chief of Combat Group and Paramedic in numerous countries in Africa and the Middle East. During Marians time with Reconnaissance, he has held many roles, firstly as a Security Advisor, CPO and Sites Team Dispatcher in the Operations Room. Marian has incrementally gained incredible operational and business experience in each of his previous roles, building on his already exemplary career. Marian assumed the role of Operations Manager, working with a multidisciplinary team, operating to tight deadlines and in a very challenging operational environment. This role requires immense coordination skills and requires him to solve unexpected conflicts rapidly, safely and successfully on behalf of clients. To add to Marian's extraordinary skillset, he holds a University Bachelor's Degree of Law (Bc.), Master's Degree of Economics and Management of International Business (Ing.), Military Paramedic Certificate (Experience gain from the Military Hospital of Marseille and Fire Brigade of Paris) and a Certificate of handguns tactical shooting instructor. Finally, Marian is also fluent in French, English, Slovak, Czech, Polish and Russian.

Paul Griffin

Paul joined Reconnaissance in 2021 and comes with a wealth of experience having served as a Captain in the Irish Defence Forces with extensive operational and leadership roles in overseas service. Paul has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychological Studies and Spanish, Diploma in Leadership & Management and has achieved numerous certifications in security risk management, professional consulting, project management and is a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) with ASIS International.

Reginald Coutard

Reginald has focused his career on IT, Training and Logistics Management for over 10 years providing such services for some of the following Security Providers - Aspro, Condor, Aprosur, and Defender to name a few.

Roland Bodolai

Roland joined Reconnaissance in 2010 as part of the logistics team deployed in response to the earthquake in Port Au Prince, Haiti. Roland is currently an Operations Manager, working closely with clients on a daily basis to exceed expectations. Roland speaks Hungarian, French and English and prior to joining Reconnaissance, he served as a Warrant Officer in the Hungarian Army and was in the French Foreign Legion. Roland then transitioned into the private security industry in Baghdad, Iraq in the role of Security and Life Support Manager. His experience and knowledge is a tremendous asset to Reconnaissance.

Sebastien Alexis Gautherie

Sebastien joined Reconnaissance Group in 2006, working in Port Au Prince, Haiti. Prior to Reconnaissance Sebastien had an extensive career in corporate security in France. Sebastien has numerous security and paramedic certifications and speaks French, English and Haitian Creole. Sebastien joined Reconnaissance as a security advisor and quickly proved his ability to deliver world class solutions to clients in demanding environments. Sebastien currently is Operations Manager based in Haiti and manages all elements of the security risk services.

Shane Henry - CEO

Prior to establishing Reconnaissance Shane was as a Non Commissioned Officer in the Irish Defence Forces, serving in Lebanon and Liberia. Shane travelled to Haiti in 2006 and began a new chapter with the founding of Reconnaissance. Since its inception, Shane has envisioned Reconnaissance as an industry leader offering specialised solutions to clients. As Reconnaissance further developed its security risk management service Shane led the inception of Reconnaissance Trace in the Americas region focusing on Business Continuity and Organisational Resilience and Security Consultancy in Dublin, Ireland. Shane has a Degree in Security & Risk Management from the University of Leicester, a Certificate in Crisis Management, Diploma in Business Continuity with the Business Continuity Institute, London and is currently completing a Masters in Organisational Resilience.
