Gerald "Skip" Raymond is President of Raymond Wesley Wealth Management. Skip has been actively engaged in the financial services industry since 1974. He co-founded Raymond Wesley Wealth Management in 1993 to provide individuals, families and businesses with access to experienced investment management and comprehensive wealth planning strategies tailored to their needs. In 1996 Skip chose to partner with LPL Financial, the nations largest independent broker/dealer.* Today, clients benefit from four decades of his knowledge and experience gained over multiple market and economic cycles.
Skip specializes in Investments, Financial and Estate Planning, Business Succession Planning, and Insurance/Risk Management for individuals, families and business owners. As an Investment Advisor Representative, Skip holds his Series 7, 6, 66 and 63 securities registrations through LPL Financial. He maintains life insurance licenses in California, Arizona, Washington and Indiana. He also holds a California Real Estate Brokers License.
Grant Raymond joined the firm in 2007 as a wealth manager to assist business owners and executives in the development and implementation of tailored financial strategies. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and earned his Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) professional designation from Fiduciary360. The AIF® designation certifies that an advisor has undertaken formal training in investment fiduciary responsibility. He holds his Series 7, 6, 66 and 63 securities registrations through LPL Financial and maintains a California life insurance license.
Grant specializes in meeting the needs of individuals, families and businesses in the areas of Individual Wealth Management, Financial Planning, Defined Contribution and Defined Benefit Plans and Group Health Insurance. He enjoys helping individuals and businesses identify their financial goals and develop strategies tailored to pursue those objectives.
Grant graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Cal State University, San Marcos. He lives in San Clemente CA. with his wife and three children. Grant enjoys surfing, golf and spending time outdoors with family and friends.

Prior to joining Raymond Wesley in 2012, Julie was employed for thirty two (32) years by a major drug and retail concern in Southern California. Before assuming her role as the administrative assistant to senior management, Julie obtained a breadth of experience in many aspects of the business, including but not limited to: accounting; auditing; as well as developing price and advertisement strategies.
Beyond assisting the firm's advisors, Julie oversees office operations, addressing a diverse range of client needs from coordinating new business and account transfers, to handling client inquiries. Julie came to Raymond Wesley with a well established reputation for providing superior client service. Her cheery attitude permeates every interaction with clients, vendors and advisors.
Julie and her husband have been married for 33 years and have two children and two grandchildren. Julie enjoys entertaining, exercising, gardening, reading and doing home improvement projects.
