Soon after graduating from university as a trained fine artist in oil painting, Carolyn made the move to the digital world. She has now been working in the graphic design field for nearly 20 years. Most frequently you'll find her developing websites and of course, working on projects like the Top Practices newsletters and books programs. Carolyn is married with two children.
As the President, Diane oversees Top Practices by making sure that everything runs smoothly. She works closely with Rem in strategic planning and new product development and she oversees the day-to-day operations of the company.

Dr. Peter Wishnie, a podiatrist and the founder of Family Foot & Ankle Specialists in New Jersey, is in the trenches every day with you and other practicing doctors who are also small business owners and he deals with the same problems that you do.
Dr. Wishnie has studied practice management carefully for over 20 years he has been in practice. The difference between Dr. Wishnie and most doctors is that he has implemented and perfected his practice management to the highest possible levels.

In 2010, Dr. Wishnie wrote the very successful "The Ultimate Practice Management Survival Guide." That guide is now part of the core of the Top Practices Management Programs.
In 2020, he published "The Podiatry Business Solution, " a comprehensive management, leadership book for professionals.
Dr. Wishnie is now mentoring, coaching, and guiding his fellow doctors to support their staff as they learn how to manage a medical practice effectively through membership in the Top Practices Virtual Practice Management Institute.

Michele has been working with Top Practices since 2014, and has many responsibilities! She serves as our fabulous customer service representative and Rem's assistant to keep him on track! She works closely with the book campaign and newsletter programs, so if you've ever ordered one of those, you've probably worked with her.
Michele is our resident tech expert and manages all of the systems we use and recommend at Top Practices. She maintains the information and resources in our massive Mastermind and Virtual Practice Management Institute member libraries, and our Top Practices website content. Michele is also the editor and manager of Rem's podcast, Prosperity & Something Greater.

Tina Del Buono has been a practice manager for 23 years. She runs the business end and manages the day-to-day systems and teamwork in the practice of Dr. John Hollander in Santa Rosa, CA to whom she is also married. She has lectured nationally on Practical Practice Management for the past 20 years and specializes in complete practice efficiencies, team building, staffing issues, physician/staff communications, manager mentoring, A/R, collection forensics, and practice building protocols. Tina has written over 400 articles on practice management and understands what you envision your practice to be and getting it there can be challenging.

Tina is a Performance Coach. She is a past President and past Scientific Chair of the ASPMA. She currently lectures with the American Academy of Podiatric Practice Management (AAPPM) and is the Scientific Chair for the Western Foot and Ankle Conference assistant programs.
In 2021, she published Truths from the Trenches: The Complete Guide to Creating a High-Performing, Inspired Medical Team, a book that outlines all the details to creating a high-performing, inspired medical team that's productive and profitable.
