Cynthia has lived in the Las Vegas Valley since 1990 and has watched it grow from a small city of just a few hundred thousand people to over 1.7 million. Before becoming a real estate agent Cynthia and her husband bought and sold several personal homes as well as investment properties, so becoming a real estate agent was a natural fit. Cynthia has been a full-time, licensed REALTOR with the Greater Las Vegas Association of REALTORS since 2002 and she holds the ABR-Accredited Buyer Representative and the SRS-Seller Representative Specialist designations. In addition to her experience assisting buyers and sellers she has extensive experience with relocation, investment properties and representing small, local new home developers.

Erin Cross joined Windermere Prestige Properties in July 2014 as a Relocation Resource Specialist. Erin was also a REALTOR® Broker Salesperson with RE/MAX Pros, RE/MAX Associates and Dana Realty Group. She serves both Buyer's and Seller in all areas of Real Estate. Erin is a full-time REALTOR® Broker Salesperson and member of the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors. Qualifications and Training
Erin holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Information Resource Management from George Mason University and has held Computer Programming, Software Sales and Marketing, and Training Positions across the country. She has the following Real Estate Education and Training: ABR = Accredited Buyer's Representative from the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council (REBAC). GRI = The Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) symbol is the mark of a real estate professional who has made the commitment to provide a high level of professional services by securing a strong educational foundation. SFR = Short Sales and Foreclosures Resource certification to help Buyer's and Seller's maneuver the complexities of both short sales and foreclosures. RRG - The RRG™ Certification Program was designed by the GLVAR® and provides a higher level of expertise through educational courses taught by legal experts.
Born and raised in San Francisco, Joanne has always been surrounded with local, domestic, and international cultures. She brings a unique and diverse background to Las Vegas, as well as being trilingual in Mandarin Chinese and French. As a proud graduate of Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City, Joanne obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Fashion Marketing/Merchandising and Management. Cultivating her passion for design, decor, and style, her ambition led her to being a successful Fashion Editor and Stylist in New York, and most recently a Manager for Chanel.

Kerri has practiced Real Estate in the Henderson/Las Vegas Valley for more than a decade. Her focus is providing exceptional client service that delivers results. She specializes in Listing Luxury Homes in master-planned, golf-course communities including Anthem, Summerlin, Lake Las Vegas, Seven Hills, Green Valley Ranch and Legacy to name a few. Her education includes a Bachelors Degree from the University of Iowa, designations for Seller Representative Specialist, and Accredited Buyer Representation. Kerri is proud to share that she is an approved Instructor for the Nevada Real Estate Division, even authoring her own courses on Real Estate Ethics and Agency. Kerri is a SIRVA Certified Relocation Specialist and also serves as a Relocation Specialist for the Leading Real Estate Brands of the World. She has been awarded the Best in Client Services 5 Star Service Award and is continually striving to exceed client expectations.
Prior to selling residential Real Estate, Robin was part of the corporate team that took a billion dollar Real Estate Investment Trust public. Robin marketed their portfolio of apartment communities here in the Las Vegas area, as well as performing general contractor responsibilities for the company's multi-million dollar rehab projects. In her role, Robin also dealt with investor clients, reporting systems, property due diligence reports, target marketing and customer service. At one point in her career, she was the company trainer for sales and customer service, also teaching the accredited Certified Apartment Management courses. Throughout her career, Robin has worked in all forms of Real Estate including, office buildings, self-storage facilities, retail space, mixed use commercial and her current primary focus of residential sales.
