Lis Maldonado

Originally from Guatemala, Lis wakes up every day eager to explore her passion for the culinary arts. She has been in Alexandria since 2016 working as a cheesemonger and chef at Society Fair until it closed in 2019, and now continuing her food studies at both Revel and Unwined. Family is the center of her world, and when she's not at work, Lis has her three children, two sisters, nieces and nephews by her side. "Hooch Goblin" - Brett Oye From a small town in Northern California, Brett Oye came to Virginia in 2009. Since then he has fallen in love with restaurants, beverage programs, and our wine and spirits director. He delights in making simple things elegant and whimsical, and is a self described Hooch Goblin, Beverage Jockey, and Gastronomical Adventure Guide. His professional experience is wide ranging, from barista at a local coffee shop to bar manager for two Kimpton concepts. You'll find Brett behind the bar Monday-Saturday.

Madeline Kish

We're so excited to welcome our new Chef to the Revel family. Chef Madeline Kish is an Alexandria native whose creativity and love of food is guided by her seasonal garden. Bio coming soon!

Nikki Drake

Job Titles:
  • Director of Wine & Spirits
A native of Southern Maryland, Nikki came to Alexandria after college to join the hospitality industry. She worked from server and bartender, to sommelier, and most recently as the Beverage Director at 2941 Restaurant. Nikki now brings her passion for hospitality and beverage to the role of Director of Wine and Spirits alongside our talented team.
