Bryan Sebring began his career in the construction industry in 1993, founding Sebring Services in 1999 and rebranding it as Sebring Design Build in 2017. The company specializes in kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, basement remodeling, basement finishing, and home additions, focusing on building long-lasting relationships and providing a seamless turn-key experience for their clients in the western Chicago suburbs. He has been a member of Remodelers Advantage for many years and is a Certified Graduate Remodeler from the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).

Micah Kleid joined Remodelers Advantage as the Managing Director for Remodelers University in April 2019. Over the years, Micah has worked for a wide variety of organizations, ranging from small nonprofits, to a government contractor, the government itself, and even a multi-billion dollar corporation. While his primary focus over that time has been in marketing and communications, he also has a great deal of experience with content creation and lead generation and plans to use all of his skills to build upon an already robust and extremely impressive RAU program.
