For the last four decades, I have had the pleasure to serve clients with a focus on Estate Planning, Probate/Estate Administration, and Health Care/Privacy Law. As an Estate Planner, I make it a point to take the time to get to know my clients, their wishes and plans, and to tailor an estate plan that meets their needs now and in the future. When assisting survivors with probate/estate administration, I work with executors, personal representatives, trustees and heirs customizing my services to fit client needs. As an expert in Health Care/Privacy law, I assist healthcare providers and agencies with business set up and maintenance including HIPPA and other disclosure compliance and serves as an ongoing legal consultant regarding Department of Health licensing investigations.
