Allen Evans is a lifelong resident of Lonoke, Arkansas where he was raised on the family farm established by his grandparents in 1930. Allen is a graduate of Lonoke High School, the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville and the Barret Graduate School of Banking.
Allen began his 31-year career in banking and finance, while still in college, at McIlroy Bank & Trust and upon graduating accepted a position with Farm Credit Services of Central Arkansas. In 1996, Allen joined the Bank of England as a branch manager / loan officer to help establish the bank's first bank branch in Lonoke. Over the years with the Bank of England, Allen advanced through the ranks to eventually serve the bank as its Chief Executive Officer.
Allen is active in the community having served on the Lonoke School Board, Lonoke Chamber of Commerce, Lonoke Industrial Development Commission, Lonoke Youth Football Association, Lonoke Community Foundation, Lonoke School District Foundation, Lonoke Kiwanis Club, Lonoke County Farm Family of the Year Committee, City of Lonoke Finance & Budget Committee and the Lonoke Cemetery Association.
Allen and his wife Stacy live in Lonoke and are the proud parents of Carsyn and Brady. Allen's interests revolve around his family, hunting, fishing, sports and Lonoke Baptist Church.
Allen's knowledge of finance, the agriculture industry, farmland properties, recreational hunting properties and commercial properties along with his established network of contacts, provide his clients with excellent customer service and helps them reach their commercial real estate goals.

Kris Upton CPA CCIM, serves as President & CEO of RPM Group, the parent company of RPM Commercial, Inc.; RPM Management Company, Inc.; RPM Residential, Inc. dba Coldwell Banker RPM Group; and numerous investment companies. Upton oversees strategic direction, investment management, and has full charge of the Company's operations and affairs.
Prior to joining the firm in 2003, Upton held finance, investor relations, and operations positions at Alltel Communications, a Fortune 200 company. He served as the Company's primary spokesperson to Wall Street on financial matters. Additionally, he led and mentored teams of up to 85 professionals while serving in an operations role. Prior to Alltel, Upton worked as a CPA in public practice for a regional accounting firm.
He is a Certified Public Accountant (1996), Certified Commercial Investment Member (2010), and licensed Realtor (2013).
Upton earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Arkansas and later studied investor relations at the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business.

Upton is a certified public accountant (CPA) and a certified commercial investment member (CCM). Upton obtained a BSBA in accounting from the University of Arkansas in 1993 and studied investor relations at the University of Michigan. He has volunteered for Junior Achievement and youth sports and is a past member of the Executive Leadership Academy and the band, One Way. Kyle Patton joined RPM Group in 2019 as a Commercial Sales Associate. With 30 plus years of banking experience in marketing, lending, and senior management that began in Pine Bluff, AR and the past 27 years in Little Rock. With Kyle's banking background and network of contacts, he will be able to take care of any type of commercial real estate sales or leasing transaction.

Mark Bingman is a Senior Vice President & Executive Broker in the Commerecial Sales & Leasing Division of RPM Group. Mark's expertise lies in the sales and leasing of commercial retail centers representing national clients such as Zaxby's, National Home Center, Verizon and Staples.
Mark Griffin is the Construction Manager for RPM Group. He joined the RPM Management team in 1991. Mark brings 40 years of experience in construction management.
His hands-on experience building custom homes and apartment communities has given him a thorough understanding and in-depth knowledge of the entire construction process.
Mark has developed strong relationships with many highly qualified subcontractors, vendors and tradesmen. One of his strengths is troubleshooting construction and maintenance issues and solving problems in the most cost effective way.

Maury Mitchell is Sr. VP and Executive Broker of RPM Commercial Divison. He is on the Board of Directors and is a principal owner in the company. Michael Landes is the Director of the Maintenance Division for RPM Group. He joined the RPM Management team in 1989. He has a strong background in maintenance with over 39 years experience in the industry working in maintenance, contract bidding, negotiations, capital needs assessments, implementing preventative maintenance programs and training service technicians.
Michael is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the RPM Maintenance Division. He holds an HVAC License since 1992, EPA universal certification since 1994, LEAD and NATE certification since 2010 and has OSHA certification and extensive OSHA training. His experience and education is very helpful in facility maintenance, supervision and training of all the maintenance staff. He strives to be preventive in his approach to minimize any operational or mechanical problems.

Monica Montgomery joined RPM Group Management team bringing with her a vast knowledge in the business industry. She was a small business owner for 24 years. She was born and rainsed in Arkansas and has lived in Little Rock for 40 years.
Monica is an integral part of our property management team.
Padgett Mangan, a native of Little Rock, has been involved in multiple award-winning leasing and development projects throughout his commercial real estate career. Notably, he spearheaded the Premier Medical Plaza development; a $50,000,000 + project that repurposed an abandoned K Mart into a 100,000 + square foot medical facility and ambulatory surgery center. On this project alone, Padgett's team executed leases with UAMS, Baptist Health, Premier Gastroenterology Associates, and Natural State Labs. While specializing in medical and investment opportunities, Padgett also focuses on tenant and landlord representation. Padgett has more than two decades of entrepreneurial and business ownership experience prior to starting his commercial real estate career. He's a former winner of the prestigious Sam M. Walton College of Business, Entrepreneur of the Year award for Normandy & Monroe; the fashion design company he cofounded in 2001.

Pat Moore is the Condominium Association Coordinator for RPM Group. She joined RPM Management in 1991 and has counseled many condominium, cooperative, timeshare and homeowner associations in her 23 years of Community Association Management industry.
Pat's community portfolios include condominiums and single family property owners associations. Her extensive communication ensures smooth transitions and satisfies the professionally managed communities. Her work with these communities includes covenant enforcement, covenant amendment, contract review and drafting, collections and foreclosures, as well as advising these associations about the statutory and documentary guidelines for the daily administration of their communities. Phillip Howell is a commercial sales associate concentrating on agricultural and recreational land sales. Prior to joining RPM Group, Phillip worked at MetLife Agricultural Investments where he specialized in farmland analysis, lending, and investing. While at MetLife, Phillilp built and maintained a $700 million portfolio.
Phillip received an undergraduate degree at Arkansas State University.
Phillip lives in Lonoke, AR where he is very active in the community having served several directorships and volunteer roles. For the past 27 years he has been a deacon and treasurer at Lonoke Baptist Church. Currently Phillip serves as a consultant for LandFund Partners and a Director for Malvern National Bank.
Phillip and his wife Susan have three children and eight grandchildren.
