Paul Winkley is a co-founder of RPT Alliance LLC responsible for Project Management and Supply Chain.
Paul has extensive energy storage and transmission experience executing projects of all sizes, FERC and non-FERC, liquids and gas, greenfield and brownfield.
Paul is knowledgeable of all phases of project execution, services and deliverables, from both operator and engineering consultant perspectives.
Before founding RPT Alliance LLC, Paul served as a director at one of North America's leading operators. Prior to that role, Paul held various positions of increasing responsibility within an engineering consulting firm, including project management, engineering, project controls, business development, construction management and commissioning leadership roles.
Rhett Wendeln is a co-founder of RPT Alliance responsible for management of Safety, Quality, and Engineering & Design.
Prior to co-founding RPT Alliance, Rhett led management and engineering teams executing growth and modernization portfolios of oil and gas transmission projects at both TC Energy and Spectra Energy (now Enbridge), two of North America's largest operating companies.
Rhett has a wealth of experience in the development, engineering, execution, and turnover of projects across the US. He has successfully navigated regulatory and environmental permitting strategies, regional complexities, and aggressive schedules in facility and pipeline implementation.
Rhett holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical engineering from Texas A&M University and is a licensed professional engineer in multiple states.
Ryan Barnes is a co-founder of RPT Alliance LLC, responsible for Business Development and Construction Management.
Ryan has extensive energy storage and transmission experience executing projects of all sizes, FERC and non-FERC, liquids and gas, greenfield and brownfield.
Before founding RPT Alliance LLC, Ryan served in leadership roles at two of North America's largest operating companies in development, execution, and engineering of energy infrastructure projects.
Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas Tech University.

Tony Ritacco is a co-founder of RPT Alliance LLC responsible for Project and Corporate Services.
Before founding RPT Alliance LLC, Tony served in leadership roles for growth and maintenance projects for one of North America's largest operating companies, a leading offshore E&P, and an engineering consulting company.
Tony served 10 years in the United States Marine Corps with deployments to Japan, Afghanistan, and Iraq.
Tony holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and is a member of the Project Management Institute.
