ROUGHACRE BREWERY

Established in March 2018, we are a new and enthusiastic microbrewery based in the beautiful historic market town of Clare in West Suffolk. With our passion for high quality, fine ales of character we are extremely proud of our tasty small-batch brews which currently range from classic amber ales and golden IPA to Belgian-style abbey ale and dark coffee porter... and quite a bit in between!... By using only the very finest malts and hops and producing each of our beers in small quantities we are able to create exceptional ales under tightly controlled conditions, testing and tweaking our recipes at every stage. This method allows us to experiment with dozens of different beer styles as well as perfecting our more popular range of ales and craft lagers... Since opening the Shop and Tap Room we have been figuring out when you all like to drink and buy your ale. Plus when is best for us to be brewing and making deliveries. Hence, we have new opening hours starting now! SHOP and TAP ROOM..
