Aaron Howes joined Savills in 2009, where he represents leading organizations, many of which are Fortune 500 companies, with their commercial real estate requirements - locally, nationally, and internationally. His experience encompasses a broad range of complex corporate real estate transactions, in diverse industries including energy, financial services, law firms, telecommunications, and many other professional service-related firms. Particularly, Aaron specializes in representing tenants in their acquisition and disposition of office leases and commercial properties, including portfolio management, consultation services, and strategic planning. Aaron's proven track record in commercial real estate dates back to 1999, and he has since negotiated over $1 billion in transactions. Able to identify optimal cost savings opportunities, Aaron is able to unlock and maximize commercial real estate value. Allison Bittel is Senior Managing Director, Production in Savills Atlanta office, where she will play a vital role in guiding occupiers through the development of real estate strategies. As a top tenant rep broker in the Atlanta region, she has significant experience with lease acquisitions, recasts, terminations, and excess space dispositions. Prior to joining Savills, Allison was Senior Vice President and Principal at Colliers with the Office Services Group. Allison also spent 18 years with Cushman & Wakefield in Atlanta. With more than 22 years of experience, she has executed significant transactions representing a variety of industries. Allison's notable transactions include a 162,000 SF lease for Lincoln Financial, securing multiple leases for Siemens totaling 332,000 SF and most recently, a 60,000 SF headquarters transaction for Papa John's. Her ability to quickly create and seize opportunities helps her clients attain optimal solutions, leverage flexible terms and mitigate risks. Allison has been recognized by several notable organizations, including the ACBR, where she received its coveted President's Award in 2019 and its Realtor of the Year Award in 2021. Amy Davis is a Senior Project Manager in the Savills Tampa office specializing in interior office renovations and new interior construction. Amy's expertise allows her the opportunity to manage a multitude of prominent projects and tasks. In her role managing Dell Technologies interior renovation projects for North America, she is responsible for assembling and managing construction project teams, overseeing project schedules, as well as managing all aspects of project budgets, including vendor bid reviews, purchase order requests, and reviewing and tracking vendor invoicing. Amy also specializes in multi-floor re-stacks and staff relocations to multiple floors and multiple buildings. Additionally, she oversees lease expirations and decommissions of client suites as well as turnovers to landlords. With 34 years working in the AEC industry, Amy's approach to all projects emphasizes the importance of reaching client goals and successfully completing construction projects on time and within budget. Amy joined Savills in 2016 after working as a Project Manager for 18 years, which began at Lincoln Property Company until she transitioned to Cushman & Wakefield to focus on interior construction for financial, insurance, and technology Sales offices as well as call centers. Andrew Lustgarten has been with Savills since 2003, and has over two decades of experience in the commercial real estate industry. As a market leader throughout downtown and the west side of Los Angeles, Andrew represents clients in the legal, professional service, government, technology, advertising, media, and information (TAMI) spaces. Using his expertise in with TAMI companies, Andrew also co-founded the website TechOfficeSpaces.com to provide office space news and advice for firms in this industry. Along with his team of veterans, consisting of Mark Sullivan, Josh Gorin, Matt Hiatt, and Jennifer Yip, Andrew strives to please his clients through every step of the process and beyond. Ann Linstrom joined Savills in 2018 as an expert interior designer for commercial real estate transactions in the Washington D.C. metro area. With more than 30 years of experience providing design and management for complex interior projects, Ann has the ability to produce innovative, as well as functionally sound solutions for companies across many industries. She has advised a spectrum of corporate, nonprofit and institutional clients in industries ranging from legal to financial services. Ann's expertise extends to her professional and personable ability to direct a team in an effective way, all while building long-lasting relationships with her clients. To do so, Ann focuses on inclusive leadership and communication that promotes meticulous budget management, quality assurance and timely project delivery in each stage of the process. Alongside her teammates, Ann creates a client-first, inclusive environment that clients seek. Prior to joining Savills, Ann was a senior project manager at CBRE and principal at SKB Architecture and Design where she developed her long list of clientele. Ann Marie Woessner-Collins brings decades of commercial real estate experience to her team at Savills. As a tenured advisor working out of the Minneapolis office, Ann Marie provides top-of-the-line consulting services to her clients, including market research, financial analysis, site selection, energy negotiation and workplace strategy. Also, a national expert in business and tax incentives negotiation and implementation, Ann Marie helps her clients obtain the best locations for the lowest operating and talent costs for their businesses. Ann Marie has extensive experience in real estate, energy and wholesale production. She spent 17 years as managing director at JLL and The Staubach Company. Ann Marie founded the Business and Economic Incentives team in North America, negotiating with state and local governments and changing legislation in 15 states. Her focus is to reduce up-front capital and expenses along with ongoing operating costs, for businesses. Ann Marie's team covered facilities including heavy manufacturing, warehouses, corporate headquarters, data centers, and R&D facilities. Prior to JLL, Ann Marie was partner at KPMG Peat Marwick, and the director of Purchasing, Energy and Economic Incentives at Frito-Lay. All of these experiences provide Ann Marie with a multitude of perspectives in manufacturing, energy, finance and legal. Her background, along with her tenant-first approach, is what makes Ann Marie such a dynamic and effective force in commercial real estate. Ann Marie is on the board of Partnership with Native Americans. She has served on the board of the Texas Ballet Theater, and was chairman and president of the Dallas Ballet. Other board service includes Texas CASA, Oak Hill Montessori and as Elder at Presbyterian Church of the Way. In 2007-2008, she was awarded ‘Deal of the Year' by Real Estate Forum Magazine.
