SIX WEST - Key Persons
Apart from managing Six West's finance department, Aine sits on the company Board as a Director. In her role as Finance Director, she is responsible for budgeting and forecasting as well as overseeing the daily finance tasks with her team's assistance.
She has garnered impressive, international experience in the finance sector over her 20 years in the industry. She has worked with some of the finest brands in technology, publishing and insurance, in a variety of accounting positions. Her knowledge and experience have contributed greatly to the efficient management of Six West's financial concerns, its trajectory and strategic growth plans as well as being highly respected amongst the staff at Six West as a true expert in the field.
Aine has a degree in Business Studies and Accounting and is a full member of the Irish Accounting Technicians body (MIATI).

Matthew is our Chief Operating Officer and company director. As COO, Matthew is a central member of Six West's leadership team, contributing significantly to the company's strategic and operational development. In addition to this, he oversees the flight operations department and is a pivotal figure in driving the adoption of Six West's industry-first AOC solution, which facilitates the secure deployment of aircraft into emerging markets around the globe.
Matthew joined Six West in 2017 as Director of Flight Operations, bringing growth and success to the flight operations department. His commitment to exceptional client service and his keen eye for detail, ensure that our solutions are consistently delivered to high standards.
With over two decades of industry experience, Matthew has developed his knowledge and skills in increasingly progressive roles. Prior to Six West, Matthew led the flight solutions department of a large technical services operator in Ireland, providing services to lessors and airlines. Before this, he worked in the operations control department of one of Ireland's largest airlines, a regional airline and a tour operator airline.
Matthew's love for aviation inspired him to take to the skies - he is a qualified pilot on a variety of single and multi-engine piston and turbine aircraft.
February 2023 - Paul Cantillon appointed to Board of Directors [PR]
Paul has been with Six West since July 2019 and during this period, he has worked closely with clients around the globe, overseeing and supporting a broad range of flight operations projects on a multitude of different aircraft types. He joined Six West during a period of robust growth and has always shown an unwavering commitment to delivering the high levels of service that has become synonymous with Six West. He has demonstrated his deep experience and skill during the past three years with a client centred focus, achieving project success within the often-challenging framework of safety, compliance.
Prior to joining the our team, Paul served in several other high profile European flight operations organisations. He arrived at Six West with an already impressive background and a solid, well-earned reputation across the industry.
As a Senior Project Manager, Paul maintains a more extensive portfolio of responsibilities and focus on delivering deeper relationship experiences with existing and new clients as the growth continues.
