STAFF ON SITE - Key Persons
Chad joined Staff On Site in 2018. He is an Assisted Living Manager and a Certified Caregiver. He was promoted to Director of Intake/ Care Manager for our Home Care team. He enjoys meeting our seniors and getting to know their history, needs and desires.
Elishia entered the healthcare field after her two beautiful children graduated high school. Elishia brings over 20 years of combined assisted living, marketing and customer service skills to the Staff On Site team. She is excited to help create relationships and oversee our team's accounts.

Shawn's experience started 17 years ago in long term care.
Shawn opened Staff On Site to assist with the shortage of Certified Caregivers, CNA's and Nurses. Shawn is a Board Certified Assisted Living Facility Manager, Residential Care Administrator, Certified Dementia Practitioner, First Aide/CPR Instructor and an owner of an Arizona Caregiver school.
