Adam Lowney

Attorney Adam Lowney focuses his practice on representing clients in their personal injury claims. Adam has a wide range of practice including insurance law, personal injury, and workers' compensation. As a Georgia native himself, Adam takes great pride in serving clients throughout his home state. Adam graduated cum laude from Georgia State University and obtained his Juris Doctor from Atlanta's John Marshall Law School. During his time in law school, Adam served on the John Marshall Law Journal and received multiple awards for his academic performance. Adam began his career practicing personal injury and workers' compensation in the Atlanta area. Prior to joining Starks-Byron, Adam worked as a litigation attorney for an insurance defense firm. With unique knowledge of both insurance defense and personal injury law, Adam has successfully represented hundreds of injured workers and personal injury clients throughout his career. Outside of practicing law, Adam enjoys spending time with his wife Meagan and their son Graham. Adam also enjoys playing guitar and watching Manchester United games.

Attorney Trisha Starks-Byron - Founder

Attorney Trisha Starks-Byron is the founder of Starks Byron and concentrates her practice in the area of personal injury litigation. She has successfully represented clients in all types of negligence claims including wrongful death, car and motorcycle accidents, slip and fall injuries, dog bite injuries and premises liability claims. Trisha is a Georgia native who graduated magna cum laude from Georgia Southern University and received her Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia Law School of Law. Trisha began her legal career as an associate attorney at a boutique personal injury firm in Atlanta, Georgia and prior to founding Starks Byron, worked as lead attorney at another large Atlanta based personal injury firm. After personally representing hundreds of injured individuals, Trisha decided to pursue her dream of opening her own practice. She takes her passion for helping others fight for justice and assists her clients in navigating the often complicated and confusing insurance process. She takes her understanding of the court systems and her talent for negotiating and fights successfully for compensation on behalf of individuals who have been injured by the negligence of others. Trisha understands that the lawyer-client relationship is built upon a foundation of trust and thus she has worked to create a law firm environment where clients can feel comfortable discussing deeply personal matters.
