Adrienne Zak Hunt is the Sustainability Disclosures and Engagement Lead at MassMutual. Previously, she served as Vice President of ESG Reporting and Communications for State Street Corporation. In this role, she was responsible for producing the company's annual ESG report and overseeing broader communications in the areas of environmental, social, and governance issues to both internal and external stakeholders. She received her MBA with distinction from the Boston College Carroll School of Management. She began her career with two AmeriCorps terms and several years fundraising for local and national nonprofit organizations. She has been a voracious reader throughout her life and is passionate about the BPL mission - free to all - increasing access to books for everyone across the city.

Lou Maiuri

Lou Maiuri is president and head of Investment Services for State Street, one of the world's largest financial services providers. He is responsible for State Street's Investment Services businesses globally, which include sales, client management, product, technology and operations to drive distinct market differentiation and improved client outcomes. Lou serves on the Executive and Management Committees, the company's most senior strategy and policy-making teams. Lou is an active leader in State Street's Global Inclusion, Diversity and Equity Groups. Lou was the executive sponsor for the Professional Women's Group for five years, retiring his sponsorship role at the end of 2021, and recognized three years in a row as an ally to women by Yahoo Finance's HERoes, an annual global ranking of business leaders who are driving change to increase gender diversity in the workplace. With more than three decades of industry experience, Lou was named one of Global Custodian magazine's "30 to Shape the Future of Security Services" in 2021. Lou was appointed chief operating officer of State Street in 2019 and president in 2022. He previously led State Street Global Markets, the firm's research and trading arm. Prior to his time at State Street, Lou was executive vice president and deputy chief executive officer of asset servicing at BNY Mellon, where he was a member of the Operating Committee. He also served as chief operating officer and chief executive officer of Eagle Investment Systems LLC and Fidelity Investments in the fixed income and equity investments divisions. Lou began his career at State Street in the early 1990s as a vice president of technology.
