Sugar Valley Youth Services provides Residential Habilitation for young men in an ideal setting for personal growth. Licensed through the Agency for Persons with Disabilities, we are an approved Medicaid Waiver Provider. Residents live in a beautiful new home, built in 2016 with upgraded features. Staff are caring individuals with experience and training in medicine administration, client centered care, and positive behavior supports. Meals are prepared according to the menu provided by a licensed dietician to support wholesome eating habits. Regular outings support healthy independence and community engagement aligned to client goals.
