THINK WILD

Think Wild is a 501(c) non-profit organization based in Bend, Oregon that was founded in 2016. Think Wild's Wildlife Hospital and Conservation Center opened in 2020 to provide medical care for injured and orphaned native wildlife from Central and parts of Eastern Oregon... Think Wild acknowledges that we operate in the traditional homelands of Warm Springs, Wasco, and Paiute peoples, who historically inhabited, managed, and cared for these lands. We must learn from the successful coexistence with nature that the first peoples of our continent have exemplified for generations. Think Wild is proud to work with tribal members of the Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs to share wildlife education and stewardship among local youth... Think Wild's mission is to inspire the high desert community to care for and protect native wildlife through education, conservation, rescue, and rehabilitation.
