After completing a degree in Food Science (Product Development) at the University of Otago, Sarah has worked in Quality and Product Development teams for some of NZ's largest FMCG companies. Early on she completed a Post Grad Dip in Packaging Technology with Honours from Massey University and in 2020 became a Certified Packaging Professional through the Institute of Packaging Professionals... You'll be hard pressed to find someone more passionate about packaging. Food, manufacturing, graphic design, engineering, sustainability, marketing, warehousing, NPD and project management are just a few of her favourite things and just a few of the areas involved when working in packaging.
