Tom has been growing along with the company since 1985. His family has been growing as well! Tom met his wife Laurie the same year he entered the auto recycling business. Tom and his wife, Laurie, have been married since 1989 and have five children, a son and daughter-in-law, and 4 grandchildren. Tom has served on the board of Team PRP (Premium Recycled Parts) and URG (United Recyclers Group). He has also held the seat of Training Chair for Team PRP. While acting as the Training Chair Tom worked with the ARA (Automotive Recyclers Association) to partner with them on training, using the ARA training platform KPA online for all PRP members. In addition to making the ARA training available at a significant discount, Tom worked hand in hand with Avi Pelk, PRP board members and other volunteers to roll out the PRP membership and operations guide.
