From mechanics to welding to construction and now pest inspection, Ambrose has done it all! With 13 years of experience, he loves the challenge of learning and mastering every trade he comes across. His breadth of knowledge and level of skill are top notch.
Hailing from Hawai'i, Ambrose is a loving husband and proud father of 2. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family and fishing.
Anival has been in the pest control business for over 9 years - 5 years as a termite treater and 4 years as a residential and commercial pest control technician. He has been with his wife for 13 years and has 3 girls. They love soccer and going out as a family.
Benjamin joined Twin in 2015, and is a licensed branch 3 field rep termite inspector. Beyond making sure every inch of your home is termite-free, he takes particular pride in providing excellent customer service and exceeding client expectations.
As a husband and a father, he is very family oriented. He loves spending time with friends and family eating great food, watching movies, writing music, playing guitar, writing novels, and playing sports.
Brett grew up in the restaurant industry where he learned hard work, a great product, and excellent customer service are the ingredients for success. He left the industry to become an account director at UPS, followed by 15+ years in construction here and in England. He joins the Twin team with the goal of providing clients with the highest quality of customer service while maintaining professionalism and integrity.
Brett lives in Folsom with his beautiful wife, three teenage kids, two dogs and two cats. Family is absolutely everything to him, and he spends time with them on their boat or go-karting where he mechanics for his son's racing team.
Before joining Twin as their Marketing Coordinator back in 2017, Brian freelanced in graphic design and photography, as well as worked in information technology with a local nonprofit. He brings both a discerning eye and keen marketing analysis to the Twin team.
Even off the clock, Brian remains ever the consummate nerd, enjoying sci-fi novels, video games, bad music and even worse movies.
Brian began his career in the building industry over 20 years ago. His career experience working with contractors, door shops, mills, builders and home centers has gained him valuable knowledge and insight in the industry.
As an ASHI Affiliate Member (Certified ASHI member number 252495), Brian joins our team with a commitment to upholding the ASHI code of ethics which is to report the results of the inspection in a strictly fair, impartial, and professional manner, avoiding conflicts of interest.
In addition, Brian shares the same philosophies as Twin Home Services; to provide the highest quality of customer service achievable while maintaining professionalism and integrity.
As a home inspector, Charles embodies the perfect balance of expertise and customer service. Before joining Twin in 2018, Charles spent several years in construction, from building decks and fences to siding houses, ultimately becoming a home inspector through InterNACHI. He also has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Because of his robust and varied experience, Charles knows what it takes to go above and beyond for the client.
In his free time, Charles enjoys both hiking and cycling. He also loves the opportunity to try a new craft brew.

Chase has been in the industry for over 13 years bringing knowledge of and experience with termite inspections, construction and repairs. He also holds a General Contractor's license and a Branch III Structural Pest Control license.
Dave has been a termite inspector and licensed Branch II field representative for 18 years. He makes it his personal mission to ensure that his customers receive quality repairs and reports at a reasonable cost. You can often catch Dave working well past standard business hours to ensure all customer questions and concerns are addressed by the end of the day. Dave takes pride in his job and is proud to be a member of the Twin Home Services team. During Dave's free time you can catch him playing pool, going to the gym, hiking, and spending time with close friends.
Derek has been a licensed field representative in pest control for 8 years. He aims to help not only through treatment but also by educating the community in methods of identification of possible problems as well as measures that may be taken to prevent problems from ever occurring. Inspection and communication are keys in integrated pest management. He is continually furthering his education in the pest control industry through classes and his everyday field experience. He is up to date on all current methods and materials used today so that he may continue to offer the very best option to each and every customer. He has and is willing to tackle any problem no matter the scale in both commercial and residential properties and aims to make it as stress free for the customer as possible.
Derek has been married to his beautiful wife for 7 years and is the father of 2. He is an avid golfer, though not very good, and loves nothing more than to hang out with the family.
Born into a real estate and construction family, Frank has experience in all areas of the construction and real estate industry. Custom homes, land development, REO services and remodel. With job experience in the thousands, Frank understands how to get it done. His passion to "inspire, lead and serve" provides the platform for our core value of creating the best customer experience possible.
After spending a year as a home inspector for a different company, Greg made Twin his home in 2016. In addition to his years in home inspection, Greg has several years of experience in both general construction and the hospitality industry. Because of this, Greg has the expertise and approach to make sure clients are informed and satisfied.
A Sacramento native, Greg played baseball in college, and prides himself on teaching his twin daughters how to throw a two-seam fastball. He is an avid golfer, but he mostly loves just spending time with his family, be it barbecuing, going to the park, playing music, or teaching them the perfect golf swing.

Jason has been in the termite industry for over 10 years. He prides himself on helping to maintain Twin's great reputation for world class customer service and integrity. Jason is very family oriented. He is married and just welcomed in his second child. During his free time, Jason enjoys spending time with his family as well as camping, golfing and watching pro sports.
Jennifer has been with Twin for 7 years and in the industry for a total of 11 years. After working in different positions all over the company, Jenn has developed a wide array of skills that make her a great fit as the Assistant General Manager.
When Jenn isn't at work, she loves to spend time with her family. She is happily married and has a son and a daughter. She greatly enjoys watching them play soccer and softball as well as helping coach their teams. One of her family's favorite vacation spots is Disneyland. They go at least twice a year and have a great time creating memories together.
John joined Twin in March of 2018, bringing over 10 years of Termite & Pest knowledge with him. John has over 20 years of Food & Beverage Hospitality, with his most recent position of over 10 years spent at Thunder Valley Casino Resort working in Food & Beverage. He has a 4-Diamond approach to guest service and strives to deliver above and beyond the expected.
John has been married for over 15 years and has 2 boys. His older son is currently in the Air Force, and his younger son is studying Environmental Science at California State University, Chico. John loves vacationing in Maui, helping others, and spending time in the backyard gardening, barbecuing and splashing in the pool.

Jordan joined Twin Termite in 2018 and is a licensed Branch 3 Field Representative. Having a previous background in construction, landscaping, escrow, and the accounting industry, he brings a vast and unique skill set to the team. As well as making sure your home is free of wood destroying organisms, Jordan delivers exceptional customer service and strives to leave you saying "Wow!"
When Jordan isn't crawling under houses and hanging out with termites, he loves being outdoors enjoying the fresh air and staying active. If it's hiking a mountain, riding dirt bikes, relaxing on a beach or breaking a sweat in the gym, count him in.
Joshua brings robust knowledge and experience to Twin. Having worked various construction and landscaping jobs throughout high school, Joshua began his home services career in property management in Lake County. He went on to be a handyman and pest carpenter, gaining experience in plumbing, electrical, drywall and framing, before finding his "home" in home inspection. Joshua is certified through the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors.
In his spare time, Joshua enjoys camping, golfing, fishing and cooking for his wife and two kids. He proudly volunteers at his son's school, where he helps out with plays and organizes extra-curricular activities. For Joshua, success comes from extending this same dedication and passion to his clients, and he exemplifies our mission of providing excellent customer service to every client, every time.
In April of 2007, at 29 years old, Kyle decided to go out on his own and start a company, Twin Termite and Pest Control. The name originated from being an identical twin and having identical twin daughters. He has been serving the community for the past 10 years with services related to termite inspections, home inspections, pest control, and repairs. Kyle and his company enjoy donating and financially supporting different organizations and committees throughout California. Twin has grown to over 50 employees with five locations in Northern and Southern California. Kyle prides himself on innovation, customer service and happy employees. He believes this is why Twin has gone from a start up out of his garage (after saving up $7500 to start the company) to over five million in yearly revenue with plans to be a ten million dollar company by 2020.
Kyle has been very happily married since 2003 to the love of his life and most beautiful woman in the world. Together they have four children; 10 year-old identical twin daughters, a 5 year-old boy and a two year-old boy that keep them as busy as the business. Kyle enjoys triathlons, wakeboarding, snowboarding, mountain biking and anything outdoors that he can find the time to do. Kyle considers his success based on how great of a dad and husband he can be, and not by any other measurement.
Luis joined Twin in 2017 with over 14 years of commercial and residential pest control experience. He learned his trade while living in Orlando, Florida, under the tutelage of an entomologist who worked as a part of CIPM's Pesticide Environmental Stewardship. Luis is highly trained in both integrated pest management systems and state-of-the-art pest control equipment. He prides himself on his commitment to provide clients with truly excellent customer service.
The father of two beautiful kids, Luis enjoys boxing and skateboard with his kids, taking them to new restaurants and to the movies, and going on afternoon walks with the dogs.
Manuel has been with Twin for more than a decade. With 25 years of construction experience, Manuel can do it all, but he specializes in termite repair work.
Off the clock, Manuel loves collecting rare watches and spending time with his family.

When Nathan joined Twin's Vacaville branch in 2017, he brought with him a strong work ethic and a robust knowledge of construction. Upon graduation, Nathan joined his family's commercial construction business, gaining experience in concrete, framing, site work, plumbing, masonry, roofing and equipment operation. As a termite inspector for Twin, Nathan holds both his Branch 3 and 2 licenses.
The consummate "weekend warrior," Nathan loves hanging out with his family, reading, and enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, swimming and sports.
Before joining Twin in 2021, Patrick was the Owner-Operator of his own home inspection company for more than 10 years. Patrick has a wide variety of home improvement experience including roofing, kitchen and bathroom renovations, electrical, plumbing, and Heating & Air Conditioning.
A devoted husband and father of four, Patrick approaches each inspection with the same care and attention to detail he would give his own home. He understands that your home is not just a big investment, but a place to create memories or start a family.
Paul is Branch 2 & 3 licensed with over 10 years of experience in residential and commercial work. He has a background in architectural drafting (CAD) and construction. He loves to travel - as long as its by car. He hates to fly.
His father is from Pittsburgh, making him a born a Steelers fan.
Paul has been in the pest industry for over 10 years and is Branch 2 licensed. He is committed to making Twin Home Services pest control a household name and takes pride in providing the best possible pest control and customer service.
Paul is married to his high school sweetheart and has 3 kids (Priscilla 16, Jonah 10, and Leila 6). Most of the time, Paul is at one of his daughter's basketball games or coaching one of the kids' sporting teams. His favorite teams to watch are the Sacramento Kings, the San Francisco Giants, and the Dallas Cowboys.
Paul enjoys spending time with his family, BBQ'ing, and both playing and coaching basketball.
Before joining Twin, Seann worked a variety of construction jobs, and established the strong and varied experience base needed to excel at home inspection. Additionally, Seann's service in the Marine Corps taught him to be timely, detail-oriented, and to follow through with whatever task is started.

Todd has worked in the home and customer service industry for 20+ years. From working in sheet metal, to installing ductwork, heaters and gutters, Todd's robust knowledge base lends itself perfectly to the intricacies of home inspection. This, combined with his dedication and experience in customer service, makes Todd the epitome of what makes Twin great.
A Sacramento native, Todd enjoys spending time with this wife and three daughters, as well as golf and skydiving.
Todd started with Twin in 2014 as a termite treater, and since then he's worked his way up to earning his Branch III license and becoming a termite inspector. The consummate team player, Todd is known for being both hard-working and reliable.
Outside of his work, Todd enjoys both camping and snowboarding. He values his family and friends most of all, and enjoys simply spending time with his wife and two daughters.
Tyrus has a Branch 3 structural pest control license and a lifetime background in education and construction. He is a Sacramento State alumni graduating as a Social Sciences and Interdisciplinary Studies major. Over the last decade he has worked as a high school history/social studies tutor and football coach, while consistently progressing in various construction fields. Tyrus is also a husband and father, married to the love of his life and raising their beautiful daughter, Nyla. Tyrus' work ethic, professionalism, genuine concern and great customer service make him a perfect fit here at Twin Home Services.
