Chris was raised on a farm in Moravia, New York before graduating from both Ithaca College and SUNY Cortland. In 2003 Chris moved to Oxford and has been a teacher for over 15 years at Oxford Academy. In addition to teaching he has coached both varsity baseball and girls basketball. These experiences help him understand the value of team work in achieving goals.
Chris, along with his wife Sarah also own and operate multiple rental units and can give unique insight to a buyer who is planning to purchase investment properties. They would love to be a valuable part of finding and/or selling your home or investment property.
Cindy joined United Country-Palmer Real Estate, Inc. in 2006 as a salesperson. Ironically she chose to work on the United Country team because of the level of expertise and commitment she received as a client when they sold her dairy farm prior to her becoming an agent. Born and raised in rural Cortland County she attended Homer Central School, Tompkins Cortland Community College and State University of New York at Cortland. Cindy has had various jobs over the years including owning and operating a dairy farm, recreation director for the town of Otselic, school bus driver for the Otselic Valley School and migrant outreach specialist for SUNY Cortland's METS program. These vast and diverse experiences have nurtured Cindy's personal attention to details that in turn has led to many satisfied clients. Sarah has lived in upstate New York her entire life. After graduating with an M.S. in Education, travelling and studying internationally in both France and Costa Rica, she decided to settle down in her hometown of Oxford, New York.
