Ingrid Savery

Ingrid grew up on a farm in Central Nebraska. She stayed home with her kids until they were school aged. She worked many odd jobs and her own Home Day Care in Colorado. Ingrid worked as a paraprofessional in the middle school. A job coach for people with disabilities. Ten years at the hospital of different departments as a Psychiatric Technician, Patient Transport, Nurse Aide, in Pre-op and Home Health/Hospice. In 2020 she finished her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Chadron, Nebraska. She studied Business and Psychology. Ingrid has been on two mission trips, Russia in 1994 and Uganda in 2019. She has two daughters that live in Rapid and her son is in the Military and she has a year old granddaughter. She likes to spend time with family, friends, and church activities. She like to ride mountain bike, walk, and be outdoors.

Kelsey Reiman

Kelsey Reiman lives in Kennebec SD, with her husband and son with another little one on the way. She has been in the insurance industry since 2019. She worked as a farm/commercial account manager at Fischer Rounds in Pierre, and as a commercial/personal lines account manager at KPI in Chamberlain before coming to work at WDI as an assistant. In 2019, she earned her AFIS Designation and is currently working towards her CISR designation. Kelsey loves to help her husband with his farming and ranching. In the summer, you can catch her outside in her garden or canning all the fresh produce from it or doing just about any type of DIY crafting.

Matt Berger

Matt Berger has been with Western Dakota Insurors since 2013 and the insurance and financial industry since 2011, specializing in Life, Health, and Disability for both individuals and employer groups. Before coming to WDI, he worked for Waddell & Reed, where he held Series 7 and Series 66 investment licenses. Matt currently holds the Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow (LUTCF) and Life & Annuities Certified Professional (LACP) designations, widely recognized as a mark of commitment and excellence in the insurance industry. Matt serves as President-elect of NAIFA-SD and is a past President of NAIFA-BH. He is also a member of the Black Hills Home Builders, BNI, a Certified High School football and basketball official, and donates his time to many organizations. Matt grew up in both Montana and South Dakota, attaining degrees from Ricks College, and Montana State University. He enjoys basketball, golf, hockey, skiing, hiking, and of course traveling. Matt has three children.

Nathan Larson - President

Nathan is the President of Western Dakota Insurors, and has been with the agency since 1992. In 2005, Nathan obtained the designation of Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC). The CIC program is the insurance industry's premier, proven source for practical, real-world education, and the attainment of this designation signifies Nathan's commitment to a higher professional level of experience and competence. Nathan is Past President of the Rapid City Independent Insurance Agents Association, an active member in the Rapid City Chamber of Commerce, and a Diplomat. He serves & volunteers in numerous non-profit clubs and organizations, as well. Additionally, Nathan has served as President of the Young Insurance Agents Council of the South Dakota Association of Insurance Agents. Nathan is a graduate of Black Hills State University with a Major in Social Science & Business Administration and a Minor in Music. He enjoys downhill skiing, hiking, water skiing, golfing, tennis, horseback riding, hunting, and playing music.

Rod Cowling

Rod Cowling is a partner with Western Dakota Insurors. He has been with Western Dakota Insurors since graduating from Black Hills State University in 1999. He is well-versed in the challenges facing today's businesses. ​Rod obtained the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation from the National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research in 2005. The CIC designation has been conferred on less than 10% of licensed insurance agents in America, and its attainment is the result of Rod's completion of intensive training sessions and his demonstration of enhanced insurance knowledge. ​Rod was born and raised in Rapid City. In 2003, he married his beautiful wife, Janna, and together they have two children. Rod has served on the BHHB Board of directors, and is currently active with the BHHB, AGC, and the Construction Industry Center. He enjoys hunting, golf, and snowboarding.

William Morrison

William was raised on a farm/ranch north of Philip, SD. He graduated from Philip High School and attended SD State University. William moved to Rapid City in 1997 and in 2000 started his own construction company, Morrison Construction, building homes until 2013. He served as Past President of the Black Hills Homebuilders Association and received the distinguished honor of Homebuilder of the Year in 2009. William currently serves as a State Director on the Black Hills Homebuilders Board. ​William has been active in Habitat for Humanity, and was in charge of building the playground at the local Vickie Powers Park. He serves as wrestling coach for Sturgis Youth Wrestling, and instructs children in grades K-12 with wrestling camps in the summer. William also volunteers at the Warren William Daktronics Open College Wrestling Tournament for South Dakota State University. William is married to Marcy, a Case Manager at Rapid City Regional Hospital, and they have three boys.
