YEG POWER BIKE

YEG Power Bike uses the Computrainer Studio which was originally pioneered by Kevin Masters and Aerobic Power Training Systems and which Tom and Andy have been involved in from Day 1 as athlete users and as financial and business advisors to Kevin. This is still an excellent system, it is a little "long in the tooth" it is robust and we are able to program new workouts for it and match new videos to it... We believe group training + coaching is what most cyclists need to maximize their workouts. Our strategy uses computerized power based training coupled with personal coaching to maximize your cycling potential through applied fundamentals, allowing you to unleash your maximum power on the bike... We believe that most cyclists need to do some of their training with a group and with coaching to get the most out of their workouts.
