YUKON KUSKO POLITICAL ACTION COMMITTEE

Yukon Kusko Political Action Committee, Inc. (Yukon Kusko PAC) is a multi-candidate and nonconnected political action committee that is registered with the Federal Election Commission and is exempt from federal taxation under Section 527 of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions to Yukon Kusko PAC are not tax deductible as charitable donations for federal income tax purposes and will be used to make donations to federal candidates and political committees. Yukon Kusko PAC may not accept anonymous contributions, contributions made in the name of another, or donations made by corporations, labor organizations, federal contractors or foreign nationals. Federal law requires Yukon Kusko PAC to use its best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer of each individual donor whose contribution(s) exceed $200 in a calendar year.
