YGK is committed to delivering the highest quality self-defense and combatives programs to all members of the Kingston community. We strive to ensure that all members feel welcome, and are comfortable to train at a clean, professional facility, where safety is paramount... Our goal is to create Kingston's premier training community for all ages and levels, and to help each of our members reach their potential... We offer Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes for adults and children, and we are currently the only studio in a 200 km radius that offers Krav Maga training. We are Kingston's only certified Krav Maga training centre.
