Ziveli Winery was created by the Nale family. We are proud to bring the spirit of Croatian wine to the San Joaquin Valley. Our roots are in the Dalmatian region, directly across the Adriatic Sea from Italy. We share the same Mediterranean climate and zest for life, so it's no surprise that we love growing grapes and making incredible wine... The bend in the San Joaquin River cradles lush vineyards where the history of Croatian winemaking springs to life. We are the Nale family, and this is our home. Our connection to the old country brings the coastal Dalmation heritage of Croatia's wines to the most fertile farmland in the world. Ziveli wines are like us - European roots with a decidedly Californian twist. In fact, the names of our wines are reflective of our connection to the San Joaquin Valley and the important role the river plays in our growing operation.
