Abeer joined Arzan Group in August 2007. She is part of the investment team responsible for evaluation of new investment opportunities. Abeer is also responsible for managing Arzan Financial Group's proprietary book and in charge of closely monitoring the Group's portfolio companies and providing recommendation and update report for the same on quarterly basis to the CEO and the regulatory body. Prior to joining the investment team in October 2011, Abeer got over 12 years experience in the Accounting, Operation and Administration fields which she gained in Investment and Manufacturing companies across Kuwait and Syria. She started her career with United Soap & Chemical Company in Damascus, Syria where she worked as Assistant for the Finance Manager for 8 years.
Abeer has completed her Master in Finance and Investment with a specialization in Risk Management from London School of Business & Finance, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies with Accounting from Arab Open University of Kuwait.

Mr. Zainal is currently the Chairman and CEO of Arzan Financial Group. Among his other portfolios, he is a Board Member in Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait, a position he has held since 1994. He is a Board Member in Kuwait International Bank, Automated System Co, in Kuwait, and in Miami International Holdings INC - NY, USA.
Earlier, he held the position of Chairman and Managing Director in both Z-Invest, an investment firm in Kuwait established in March 2005, and Automated System Co. For 25 years, Mr. Zainal worked at Gulf Bank Kuwait, where he held different positions like Corporate Secretary (Spokesman of the Bank) and General Manager of the Investment Group as well as Acting CEO.
In his illustrious career he has been Chairman of International Fund Managers Ltd in Ireland & Khaleej Islamic Investment Bank in the Kingdom of Bahrain as well as Deputy Chairman of Al Madina Finance and Investments, Kuwait.
Mr. Zainal is one of the founders of Addax Investment Bank, Bahrain.
Mr. Zainal, is widely acknowledged as one of the best seasoned investors in the region. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of General Studies in Mathematics from University of Miami. He also got his Masters of Science - Civil Engineering - from Kuwait University, and completed several Executive Programs in Harvard, Wharton and other prestigious institutions.
Kifayat joined Arzan Wealth in December 2021. He is part of the Operation Team dealing with offshore structuring requirements for new acquisitions and on-boarding of new investors into the Offshore entities. Kifayat has more than 10 years of experience as a senior middle office executive. In the past he has worked with boutique investment firms like Arab Investment Company, aiding equity and fixed income portfolios across the GCC region as well as developed markets. In his most recent stint, he was part of the transactions team at a leading real estate asset manager - Dimah Capital Investment company.

Krish joined Arzan Wealth in October 2022 as part of their investments team. His job responsibilities include evaluation and execution of new investment opportunities, with a focus on debt products. Krish has over 10 years' experience in the real estate sector across all asset classes. Prior to joining Arzan Wealth, he worked in investment and portfolio management at BlackRock and Morgan Stanley in New York, covering global opportunistic real estate portfolios. Additionally, Krish spent time in London as part of the acquisitions and asset management team for WeWork's European, Middle Eastern and African portfolio. Most recently, Krish was part of the consulting team for PricewaterhouseCoopers in Dubai, covering their real estate and hospitality sector for the Middle East region.
Krish has received a Master of Business Administration from London Business School and holds a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Accounting from St. John's University, based in New York.

Mr. Abulhasan has over 20 years of diversified experience in the investment industry. He joined Arzan Financial Group in 2011 as the Executive Director of Investment. He has provided 11 years of service as the Executive Director of Real Estate Investments in Arcapita Bank, where he initiated a global real estate line of business for the bank and recruited teams in various locations such as London & Singapore. Prior to that, he headed the Property Department at Kuwait Investment Office in London where he was responsible for a global property portfolio.
Muhannad received his Masters in Finance from London Business School, UK, and holds a Bachelor Degree in Hotel Administration from Cornell University, USA. Currently, he is a Board member of Dreamworks SPA - Dubai & Kuwait Prospects Company - Kuwait.
Nitin joined Arzan Group in December 2009, and moved to Arzan Wealth in early 2013 as part of the team responsible for incorporation of the company in DIFC. He currently works within the investment team and is responsible for investment execution and ongoing management. He also serves as the Financial Officer of Arzan Wealth. Prior to joining Arzan Group, Nitin was Vice President in Global Capital Management, Alternative Investment arm of Global Investment House. In this role he has successfully executed various transactions and was primarily responsible for managing the portfolio of private equity investments within the group. Key highlights of his stint with Global Capital Management includes structuring a sector focused Guernsey (UK) based private equity fund with a capital of US$ 500 million and listing it on the London Stock Exchange (Main Market). In addition, he has successfully executed a secondary sale of PE Funds (US$ 50mn) to investors from Europe and US. Nitin has also been instrumental in the development and management of the portfolio companies especially in the education and steel sectors. Prior to joining Global, Nitin worked with Alghanim Industries, one of the largest conglomerates in Kuwait.
Nitin has completed his Bachelor's degree in Commerce and a Master's in Business Administration from India focusing on finance and accounting. He is also Charter holder from the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Institute.
