Aimée was appointed as a Director of the Company on 1 August 2017.
Skills and experience
Aimee has over 30 years' experience in strategy development across various sectors, most notably real estate, travel and leisure, and financial services.
Aimee was a Vice President within MAC Group/Gemini Consulting's strategy practice and went on to work over a number of years with European travel group TUI, supporting it on strategy, distribution and operational excellence.

Andrew founded the Tilstone brand in 2010 to focus on commercial property investment and development.
After identifying opportunities within the warehouse sector, the focus moved in August 2013 to creating the Tilstone Property Portfolio, which the Company acquired as its seed portfolio as part of the September 2017 initial public offering. As Managing Director of Tilstone, Andrew takes overall responsibility for strategy, direction and business performance.
Prior to founding Tilstone, Andrew was appointed as property director to the board of Barlows plc in 1994, a north west focused commercial property company with a listing on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange. He was subsequently part of a consortium that took the company private in 2001. The business created a separate asset management company through which Andrew served on the investment committee of Westbury plc, a quoted property fund (2002-2007). Andrew has also served as a non-executive director of Dee Valley Group plc, at that time a London Stock Exchange quoted water utility company.

Angela is the executive P.A to Andrew Bird, Managing Director.
Angela worked for a national utility company within the customer care department before joining the property industry, working for 2 firms of real estate consultants, joining Tilstone in 2011.
As well as providing high-level support to Andrew, Angela also supports the other senior management within the organisation from finance to investment opportunities.
Beth is the Investment & Acquisitions Officer and Executive Assistant to Paul Makin, Investment Director
Beth joined the team in 2018 following 9 years in the legal sector specialising in real estate where she qualified as an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.
Beth has taken on a new role within the company as Estates Manager of our Milton Keynes assets. Beth focuses on occupier relationships and the smooth running of our two flagship estates.

Caroline has extensive experience in the property industry having worked for 16 years at Savills UK within Valuation, Plc and Central London Investment. She joined Tilstone in January 2023.
Cornell joined the team in 2023 as a Management Accountant.
Coming from a Property and Retail background Cornell has over 9 years experience in the Accountancy and Finance field. She started as an Apprentice and has worked her way towards completing her ACCA and becoming a fully Chartered Accountant. Cornell has worked with the likes of MAPP (Property Management) Ltd and Selfridges.

Daniel is Head of Project Management. He is a Chartered Building Surveyor with significant industrial project management experience.
Daniel is responsible for the delivery of Warehouse REIT's new build developments and advises on all aspects of construction. Specific areas include all design, legal and regulatory, compliance, contractual and construction matters. Daniel also oversees all Warehouse REIT's refurbishment projects. Sustainability features strongly in all the projects.
Prior to joining Tilstone, Daniel previously worked for Chancerygate where he was responsible for all aspects of the development process. This included undertaking initial due diligence on new land prior to acquisition, through to the delivery of new build industrial projects. During his time at Chancerygate Daniel was involved with numerous high profile complex development projects.

Dominic was appointed as a Director of the Company on 13 September 2023.
Skills and experience
Dominic has over 25 years' experience in the property industry with a particular focus on retail and logistics. He has a strong track record formulating, managing and unwinding property vehicles, joint ventures and commercial partnerships.
Dominic is the Group Property Director for Next Plc where he is responsible for a large real estate, construction and facilities management team. He is also a member of the Next plc ESG Steering Group. Dominic is a board member, trustee and finance committee member for the University College of Estate Management (UCEM).
Dominic was a Director and Retail Executive Committee Member at Land Securities Plc. He also served on the boards of Broadway Homelessness and Support (now St Mungos) and Regent's University London.
Evie is a Chartered Surveyor with over three years' of experience across a number of practice areas and commercial property asset classes, with a focus on the Midlands region.
Evie has a degree in International Business from Loughborough University, and worked in London for a year in digital marketing, before going on to complete a Masters degree in Real Estate.
Evie worked at JLL in Birmingham for 3 years, qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 2020. At JLL, Evie gained experience across a variety of property types and disciplines, including Lease Advisory, Agency, Valuation and Capital Markets. Notably, Evie managed the lease events of a large financial institution across their properties in the Midlands region, as well as working as a Letting Agent on major developments and representing national occupiers in finding new commercial space.
At Tilstone, Evie is an Asset Manager, based in Banbury, dealing with properties predominantly in the Midlands region.
Gary is a chartered surveyor with over 20 years of Industrial & Logistics real estate experience that is directly relevant to his role at Tilstone. He was most recently at Antler Property Investments LLP where he was an Asset Management Director responsible for a large 33-site portfolio and multiple sales following the implementation of successful management strategies.
Following university, Gary started his career and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor at international property consultants King Sturge LLP, now part of JLL, where during the majority of his eight years he held a UK-wide property management role supervising regional teams of staff and reporting directly to institutional clients.
At Tilstone Gary is based in London, reporting to investment director Paul Makin and leverages his national network and expertise to improve income and value across a diversified portfolio of multi-let UK urban warehouses.

Jo joined Tilstone in April 2023 as Head of Investor Relations and Corporate affairs, she has over ten years of investor relations experience focused on UK real estate.
Julie has worked with Tilstone since September 2017 as Head of HR.
Julie holds an MBA from Reading University and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. She has held senior HR roles in both the private and not for profit sectors prior to setting up her own HR consultancy business.
She also holds the NEBOSH National Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety.

Lynette is also a Non Executive Director of Centaurea Investment Limited and a member of council at the London Chamber of Commerce & Industry. She is also a partner in her business advisory firm one5two LLP focused on growing businesses.

Neil has over 25 years of experience working in the securities and investment banking industries, giving him a deep understanding of capital markets and investor needs.

Nick brings over 18 years of real estate investment, fund management and corporate finance experience. Nick began his career in real estate in investment banking, before moving across to investment and fund management roles within private equity real estate.
He was previously Investment Director at sustainable real asset manager Astarte Capital, where he was responsible for identifying and sourcing investment opportunities and managing JV partnerships. Prior to that, he held roles at BlackRock and MGPA.
As Head of Corporate Finance, Nick is responsible for the management and provision of strategic input across the Company's investment portfolio and corporate finance initiatives. He has oversight of a range of corporate activity as well as the investment cycle, including financial structuring, capital raising and management of due diligence. Nick reports to Paul Makin (Investment Director) and is based in the London office.
Paul Makin - Chief Investment Officer
Paul joined Tilstone in 2013 and was part of the original team creating the Tilstone Property Portfolio and was a co-founder of Tilstone Partners.
He has extensive investment consultancy experience through his work at CBRE Limited and subsequently at Mapeley Estates Limited (a previously listed property company), where he was head of investment and investment asset management, tasked with extracting value from outsourcing contracts and new acquisitions. Paul expanded his horizons with a senior investment asset management role at Moorfield Group Limited, a real estate private equity company. There he took a key role in the purchase and asset management of projects such as the UK Logistics Fund, in a joint venture with SEGRO plc.
Beth is the Investment & Acquisitions Officer and Executive Assistant to Paul Makin, Investment Director
Peter has significant experience in company management, control, reporting and corporate activity, especially in the private equity arena. He qualified as a chartered accountant with Binder Hamlyn, before working in a variety of finance roles for blue chip companies including Grand Metropolitan (Diageo plc), De La Rue plc and ICL plc.
During his time as group finance director of Robert Walters plc, the company successfully floated on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange. While he was at Spectron Group Limited, the company was restructured and eventually sold to a trade buyer.
As part of the management team of Axiom Consulting Limited, Peter was involved in a management buyout from Aon Limited, funded by private equity, and later its trade sale to Charles Taylor plc. He was also part of the team at Kane Group Limited which undertook the private equity-backed acquisition of HSBC Insurance Services Limited. Peter is also a founder of RPL Investments Limited, a company which specialises in assisting with raising funds for small businesses as well as advising on corporate strategy and is also a board Director of Leander Club Limited.
Scott is a Regional Director with 20 years' experience in the asset management of multi-let industrial and logistics properties.
Having started his career at Workman, Scott moved to Ashtenne where he became a Regional Head of Asset Management, based at their London head office, with responsibility for their South East portfolio. After leaving Ashtenne in 2013, Scott set up a niche Industrial Asset Management business, 4Corners IAM, managing industrial properties for institutional and private clients.
Scott is a Regional Director overseeing the asset management of property across the North of England and Scotland and also takes the direct lead on some key value-enhancing development opportunities. Scott reports to Paul Makin (Investment Director, works closely with the senior management team to maximise returns for the portfolio and enhancing engagement with our occupier base.
