Based in the Scottish Borders town of Earlston, our custom designed commercial kitchen is where we prepare and cook our mouth-watering meals. Our kitchen provides generous space which allows our chefs to cater for large parties and a variety of functions... Our chefs are passionate about using the freshest local produce, meat and seafood. We want our customers to know where their food is coming from and that it is of the highest quality. We source from local butchers, greengrocers and fishmongers - people we trust to ensure our quality remains at the highest standard... Our intention is not to reinvent the dishes that have become well-loved favourites, but instead, by revisiting our culinary roots, bring you the flavours of the real India.
