Alison is an accomplished Change Consultant with more than 20 years' experience transforming organisations. She has developed a reputation for her integrity and commitment, working with clients to deliver complex programmes in both public and private sector organisations through the development of innovative solutions to drive greater benefit.
Demonstrating strong leadership and inspiring teams to continue to excel, even in the most challenging of situations, is what Alison excels at, but she but she also enjoys sharing her knowledge and experience through formal classroom and on-line training in subjects such as category management, supplier relationship management and negotiation skills.
From a security perspective, Alison holds clearance with the Metropolitan Police Service and has also been cleared with the Ministry of Defence, the Bank of England (FCO Clearance) and the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority.
To relax, Alison enjoys long distance walking, wild swimming, and walking her two (very beautiful!) Dalmatians.
Charlotte has over 15 years' experience in the automotive sector with leading brands such as Volkswagen Group and Mercedes-Benz. She has spent the bulk of that time as an Executive and Personal Assistant to Sales Directors, so she has intimate knowledge of sales operations, both in the Retailer Network and Head Office functions. She has in-depth knowledge and experience of the transition to a direct sales model, and the impact this will have on traditional retail operational roles within the retailer network, and within the NSC. Her extensive experience in the industry, working with Senior Leaders, has forged her close relationships with a number of Retailer Groups. Charlotte and her family enjoy days out in London and holidays abroad, and she's a proud supporter of the local cricket club where she volunteers.
Ewart is a qualified management accountant with 30+ years of experience, significantly as a leader within Automotive and FMCG.
Ewart's positive yet pragmatic approach has been utilised to develop and lead commercial & technical finance teams in addition to heading up the UK remarketing function for Toyota & Lexus, where he was instrumental in achieving significant volume growth & market leading RVs on several new model launches.
Having worked as an Interim Finance / Operations Director with small to medium size businesses, Ewart's analytical eye for detail enables him to quickly get to the heart of problems and challenges to generate improvements and process efficiencies to overcome them.
As Finance Director responsible for the building of Genesis Motor UK, Ewart's belief in harnessing the power of people to create effective high performing teams was instrumental in the successful launch of the brand to the UK automotive market.
Ewart throws himself into life outside of work having completed many triathlons and marathons. Now his knees are creaking more (his words, not ours, we promise!), he can often be found indulging his love for rugby and horse racing as a spectator both in the UK & overseas.

George is a Learning and Development Specialist with expertise in Aftersales, management, & customer service. He has delivered face-to-face and virtual training programmes in the Automotive industry for a decade.
Until 2013, George had been working in the Middle East for 14 years, initially in the Automotive industry, and then in the Oil/Gas Industry. George was on the front line in both sectors, starting as an apprentice Parts Person moving into the Service Department as a Service Advisor, then Service Manager, before running a thriving BMW Service Centre in the Middle East for five years; a place where expectations are high, and service levels must be higher. George then took his Automotive skill into the Oil & Gas Industry, where he looked after the Supply Chain for a large international industrial tool manufacturer.
George is a strong, results-driven, forward-thinking professional with a strong work ethic. He likes to work on the front foot, and works well with employers, clients and affiliates to achieve their objectives-a fast learner with an inquisitive nature who enjoys working in a professional environment.
George is exceptionally passionate about helping people improve performance and always ensures that interactions are usable and practical in the workplace.
Although Kerry has established herself and Akeno as experts in the automotive field, she has extensive professional experience in both private and public sector, and has built a team of experts across a number of industries including finance, Local Government, hospitality and leisure, warehousing and retail, and even the Metropolitan Police!
Kerry is one of those rare external suppliers - she takes full ownership and responsibility for the challenge put in front of her. She brings energy, positivity and a cheerful get up and go to work.
